I booked this apartment for my parents who visited Turkiye for medical treatment. From the start, we received a friendly welcome message with clear instructions (lots of helpful pics) about the location of the apartment. Mr. Ediz greeted my parents with a small welcome gift and helped them check in which was so welcomed since my parents day had been long after chemo treatment. The apartment is new, clean and beautiful. My mom esp did not stop raving about how clean it was with all the needed amenities. Outside there are lots of restaurants and shops too which is great for change of scenery. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for just one night as we needed a place to rest between flights. We wished we could stay longer! The apartment was just 10 minutes away from the airport and we were able to get a private care provided by our host for a very small fee. The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and beautiful. The shower was wonderful, the bed and couch bed were very comfortable too. The building the apartment is located in is very safe and secure with a manned security desk. The surrounding area has everything one would need, shops, cafés and restaurants right outside in a very modern and beautiful neighbourhood. Our host was extremely friendly, informative and very attentive to any of our needs or requests. When we return to Istanbul for a longer stay we will be choosing here to stay❤️

È stato un ottimo e confortevole soggiorno! L’ Appartamento è nuovo, pulito e caldissimo e si trova in un edificio sicuro. Quartiere tranquillo a Kartal con supermercati e posti dove mangiare nei dintorni. Una grande smart TV, lavastoviglia e lavatrice sono un vantaggio. Il bagno è completo con tutto il necessario. Grazie al host Onur che è stato sempre molto reattivo e disponibile. - Piccole cose da migliorare: Il frigorifero ogni tanto fa troppo rumore. Alcune attrezzature di cucina da rinnovare. Le lenzuola sono un po’ dure. La finestra del salotto si deve aggiustare perche non si chiudeva bene ma comunque il sistema del riscaldamento è molto buono.

Merhaba, Yağmur hanımın ilgisine ve alakasına çok teşekkür ederim, konaklamamız boyunca, sürekli irtibatta olması herhangi bir ihtiyacımızın olup olmadığını sorması gerçekten çok hoşumuza gitti. Hijyen, temizlik son derece iyiydi. Ev lokasyon açısından mükemmel, tek asansör ile AVM içerisine iniyorsunuz, özellikle uzun konaklamalarda asla canınız sıkılmaz. Kendisine çok Teşekkür ederim.

Ben normalde başka bir yere rezervasyon yapmıştım. Ancak ev sahibi benimle temasa geçmediği için rezervasyonumu iptal edip son dakikada Barış beyin evini rezerve ettim. Kendisi benimle hemen temasa geçerek bir çok tavsiyede ve öneride bulundu. Çok samimi ve içten davrandı. Evinde kendi evimdeymişim gibi konakladım. Harika bir ev sahibi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Kendisine de teşekkür ederim.

Great area, beautiful house with amazing terrace views. We were running extremely late into the evening due to the ferry departures but our host kept in contact without throughout the entire time until we arrived and had checked in. Thank you again for a wonderful accommodation!
