Peace and solitude will surround you in this lovely well appointed home. We live in this house from October-April it’s our Home. We travel to Alaska and guide all summer. We want to share this cool spot with you. One fantastic neighbor gal is the caretaker. The other great neighbor mows the grass. We like our neighbors as will you.

This 640 sq. ft. cabin, located in Alder Mt, is nestled on our 80-acre working ranch. The ranch has been a part of our family for over 120 years. You will have seclusion and a great view. Guests are welcome to enjoy private fishing on our stretch of Clear Creek. The Ruby River public fishing access is also within walking distance. Fishing licenses are required. Historic Virginia City is only 10 miles to the east and The Ruby Reservoir is just southwest, about 6 miles away.

"The Fly Fisher" -most centrally located in town

This quaint log home has a lot of character. It is perfectly located between the two "fly fisher companies". It is only 1-3 blocks from the 3 restaurants and 2 bars in town, and grocery store. The River Stone Cabin is a modern Montana cabin with internet access that sits next to the South Boulder River. The Cabin is comfortable and warm with bright spaces for friends and family. The location is rural with many guests seeing a variety of wildlife. We are pet friendly with a fee. The Cabin can serve as a convenient base for visiting parks and local attractions or simply as a great place of sanctuary to relax and unplug.

Short drives to world class fishing on the Ruby, Jefferson, and Beaverhead rivers. 20 minutes from Ruby reservoir and centrally located for access to the Tobacco Roots, Ruby, Gravelly, and Snow Crest mountain ranges for all of your outdoor activities. Enjoy the historic ghosts towns of Nevada City and Virginia City.
