Less than 10 minute walk to Lake Superior. Grill and fire pit in private fenced backyard. Fast, reliable wi-fi. We are within a short walk to restaurants and bars, Castle Danger Brewery, ice cream, smoked fish, gift shops. 15 minute drive to Gooseberry Falls, 20 minutes to Duluth. A great launching point for your North Shore adventure!

Classic Vintage Log Cabin on Lake Superior

An update: we’ve made a decision to sell this beloved cabin & move closer to our grandkids. September of 2026 is the last month to reserve. Classic, Vintage Log Cabin on 2.5 acres right on Lake Superior - a cozy step back in time! 250 ft. of bedrock shoreline. 3 Bedrooms: 2 Queen, 1 Dbl. 3/4 bath, kitchen, and indoor fireplace. Outdoors: both gas & charcoal grills, firepit, firewood, a swing & picnic table. The nightly fee is for 2 adults. There's a $10 fee/night/each additional guest.

Take a quick walk to the nearby candy store and search for agates in the Knife River. Perfect location to take advantage of all the Northshore has to offer, as well as Duluth. Note: If you must cancel your reservation due to inclement weather in December - March, we will refund your stay. You must cancel on or before your scheduled arrival date to receive your refund.
