We enjoyed our stay at Zia’s in Savannah. The home is historically cute and beautiful inside. The location for us was perfect. You’ll be in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of all of the action in Savannah. Great spot!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and do. The free parking was a little confusing and make sure you read the directions carefully but once we were able to figure it out everything was good. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was a fantastic place to stay to explore downtown Savannah. We appreciated how close we were to the parks, museums, and many restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when we had difficulty understanding how to operate the gate lock upon arrival. The apartment was clean and welcoming for our stay.

Great weekend getaway with the wifey - loved being right by the marina and within walking distance to morning coffee and restaurants. The place was well equipped with everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Jerry is such a great host and provided many recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. The space was very clean and it was a good location for us to stay - able to walk to Forsyth park and the river district from the Studio! He also has a dvd of ‘Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil’ (movie based in Savannah) - which was such a fun touch. We will definitely be back to visit in the future! Thanks, Jerry!

What an amazing location right in the heart of Bluffton! Spacious bedrooms and living room with everything that you need. Hosts are also very helpful and responsive! Couldn't ask for more :)

Great location, comfortable stay.

This was a lovely stay and we especially loved how close it was to downtown, while having an interesting view of barges passing by. We loved the Bar Julian rooftop views, and the breakfast coffee and sandwiches from the nearby bakery. I would be hard pressed to find any improvements- the security system is a little loud in announcing when the door is opened and that’s near one of the bedrooms. The charger is for Tesla connector only- just note that if you have a different car. Overall this was a great stay with a premium kitchen, well stocked and great for us three couples.

On our 3rd trip to HHI, and our 1st as empty nesters, we were looking for a place to stay that was both cozy and quiet. The treehouse couldn’t have been more perfect. It has the privacy of a home without the space we no longer need. While close to the hustle and bustle of Harbour Town, once you cross the bridge to Deer Island, you are in the most tranquil and serene location. The Boys have thought of everything, and we most appreciated the starter meals/snacks and beach chairs and towels. The treehouse was spotless, the kitchen stocked, with comfortable beds and luxury linens. We had groceries delivered to cover the meals we didn’t eat out, and bikes waiting for us upon arrival which we rode to the beach daily along the beautiful trails. Make sure to have breakfast at the Harbour Town Bakery, dinner at Hudson’s, and if looking to venture outside of HHI, a carriage ride through Beaufort. Perfect stay, perfect hosts. We will be back!

We had a great stay in Hilton Head! The house was clean and felt high end with great amenities along with lots of supplies for kids. We really enjoyed the pool which was heated and covered. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and cutlery. Couldn’t get the movie theater projector to work, but there were plenty of TVs around to use. The beach is a short walk and very easily accessible with wagons/children walking on the side walk. Would definitely return!

Loved the Chic Chateau! It was the perfect spot for my sister’s Bach trip. There was plenty of space for all of us to sleep comfortably & lots of parking. It’s only about an 18min Uber to DT Savannah and Tybee Island is close as well. The karaoke room was so fun & Lesley has thought of everything—- down to a ring light that holds your phone & comes with a remote for group photos! 10/10 stay, would highly recommend.

We stayed here a month and it was very convenient and fun to walk everywhere. If you’re not used to walking so much you’ll definitely be walking miles if you decide not to drive anywhere. But it’s definitely doable. I walked downtown with my 2 toddlers multiple times — Forsyth is only a few blocks. It was so great to be able to walk with my kids and get to cafes and the park easily. All my messages were answered quickly! The rooms are very large and overall the space was larger than expected! So glad we chose this spot for 4 weeks!

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely home for 4 nights in April, 2025. Spotless, roomy, free of clutter. There was plenty of room in the four bedrooms for our group of 8. Modern amenities and new appliances throughout. Easy on street parking. You could walk to all parts of Savannah - we especially appreciated the proximity to Forsythe Park and The Ballroom at the American Legion where our son was married later in the week. Highly recommend!

Great stay and very accommodating for a large bachelor party. Beautiful home and surroundings at a good location. Close to the city and many amenities close by. Very responsive, helpful, and friendly hosts, with local suggestions. Really recommend Tybee Seafood Market 0.6 mi away as well, fantastic service and great, fresh food.

We came to Savannah for a short term rental conference and Carlos & Marci’s place was perfect for the trip. It’s cute and in a good location. The neighbors were friendly and you can walk to Forsyth Park, which was beautiful. We would stay here again and recommend this location to others.

We absolutely loved the place! The unit was very clean, beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was very nicely stocked, and there were great views, quiet, and nice amenities! We were very happy, and the location was ideal, close to Port Royal Golf Club, where my son was doing the JPGA camp daily. We loved the beach for running and walking, which stretches about 3 miles to the north and nearly 2 miles to the south. The gym was just right and not crowded. They had everything we needed at the unit. It was a short drive to everything we wanted to do, although we could have biked to everything. The neighborhood is tucked away in a quiet area and is absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much!

Great condo for our family of four for our HHI beach vacation. We love HHI and the condo didn’t disappoint and helped serve as the perfect home base for a perfect vacation!

Very cute place! Loved the gated entry to home and able to park in a driveway and not have to look for parking. Loved to be able to walk the path behind home just a few steps and be on beach. Home had everything you need and was very clean! Had a great time and would love to come back again to this home!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Pool und die Anlage waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt ein tolles Restaurant mit Bar, die zum Komplex gehören. Auch ein großer Souvenirshop befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Viele gute Restaurants sind nach einer kurzen Autofahrt erreichbar. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und der Weg zum Strand ist kurz.

This unit has a picture perfect location and we had an excellent stay. Finding a large unit wasn’t easy, but this one ticked all the boxes: spacious, updated, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. It was fully furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the easy walk to the beach and the stunning ocean views and sunrises every morning. The hosts provided clear instructions for a seamless check-in/out process. We would happily stay here again! ✨🏖️

We had a wonderful stay at Shelter Cove-Palmetto Dunes Resort hosted by Yelena & Alex. The house was incredibly convenient, well-equipped, and spotless. Its location was perfect—just a short distance to the beach and excellent for harbor walks. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend this property to others.
