Perfect family getaway for Spring Break! Steps from the pool and beach. Property was as advertised. Paid extra for beach chairs which were at the house upon arrival. We rented a golf cart which I’d recommend! Since this property does not come with an amenity pass, we visited Johnson Creek Tavern, Beedo’s, Saltus River Grill in Beaufort, and Shrimp Shack restaurants. All were excellent! Bring your pickleball sets! We will be back.

Summer was so amazingly responsive! And their home was very comfy and welcoming! So convenient to have golf cart and access to a private beach. Kids couldn’t get enough of it! Beds were so comfy.

Very nice property. The whole complex is beautiful with 2 pools. The house was super clean and updated. Short walk to the beach. One thing to keep in mind if traveling with young kids, there are no bath tubs, only showers. It was a little tricky with 2 toddlers but we figured it out. Overall, really nice place!

Terry was the absolute best host and you won’t find a better value on the island. The location is perfect (we rode our bikes to the Westin pool and beach everyday) and we love this less commercialized part of the island. You can also bike to mini golf and various shops. We enjoyed a day of golfing with the vouchers included in the stay. The villa is private with a screened in porch off the back where we enjoyed watching alligators and birds. We loved every second and can’t wait to come back again next summer!

We had such a good time on vacation at this Air BnB. We will definitely be back! Everything was as described and the Westin amenities were great.

My family LOVED our stay! The place was very nicely renovated and very clean. We loved having our own space, but with access to all of the amenities of Palmetto Dunes. There was tons to do in the area and Ivonne was so helpful with local recommendations. The extra touches like the wine and coffee were so thoughtful. It’s clear that Ivonne takes great pride in sharing her home and we can’t wait to come back!

First time in Hilton Head and we were really happy with our stay. Place was great, spacious, and super conveniently located - walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach! All you could want in a vacation.

Excellent stay and Christian was always very responsive. The unit had plenty of space for two adults and four children. We had no issues at all. Everything was functional and the water pressure in the showers was great. The unit is a bit dated, but well kept. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and quick bike ride to the Coligny area. The provided beach gear and rolling cart were great to have. The bikes were too large for our kids, but Christian recommended a place where we could rent the sizes we needed and they were delivered right outside the unit. Overall, this was exactly what we needed for a long weekend family beach trip.

I was fortunate enough to stay here for 4 weeks. The place looks exactly like the pictures and was very spacious. I had some family & friends visiting throughout those 4 weeks and there was a lot of space for us to spread out. We enjoyed playing card games at the dining room table and watching TV while relaxing on the huge L-shaped couch. The balcony is beautiful, although it was a little chilly outside, so I didn't get to enjoy it as much as I would've liked. Although it's on the first floor, you can see the ocean in the distance if you're on the balcony. I also kept the blinds open & enjoyed the view of the palm trees while I was working at the dining room table. The unit is in a great location to both the pool and the beach. Finally, the hosts were always super responsive with any questions I had. I would stay here again!

Akash’s house was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and clean! Everyone was able to sleep comfortably in a bed and there were tons of bathrooms which was great for a big party of girls! The area the house is in was super walkable to shops and the beach, and the pool was super warm and a great bonus! Akash was a great host too. Highly recommend!

Suzanne is a great host and communicator. The villa is in an excellent location with a wonderful beach and pool view. The space is very clean well maintained. The complex is walking distance to golf and tennis/pickleball. The pools and hot tub are lovely. Suzanne's personalized guide book provides great detail on the villa as well as thoughtful recommendations. My family had a wonderful visit and highly recommend.

Great place as described, and photos match the condo condition. We like this location because it is further from busier hotel areas of Palmetto Dunes, but not removed. Easy access on first floor to park directly outside, clean and well appointed. What we would expect having stayed in this area a lot. Communication was great with resort host and easy access to car tags in plantation vs. driving to an office somewhere else on the island. Note that you have to sign your life away with contracts they email to you directly after booking through Airbnb. This is typical of all other HHI rental companies. I thought it was a great place for a long weekend if you need three bedrooms. Pillows were super thin and flat, so bring your own if that would be a problem for you. Would book again.

I would love to gate keep this place but I will share! Walter was a wonderful host and very responsive. The condo was perfect. Plenty of room for 4 adults and then some. I have been visiting Hilton Head for over 20 years and have rented many places. This one is top 3 for us. The view from the balcony of the ocean was perfect. We spent a great deal of time out there, even during a storm. The walk to the beach was easy and less than 3 minutes. Location is mid-island so everything is very accessible. I cannot recommend Walter’s condo highly enough. We can’t wait to visit again soon.

We loved Mary Ellens space, it was comfortable, well equipped, and peaceful. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. We would recommend this space to anyone llooking for a quiet, comfortable place close to the beach, restsurants, shopping, and bike paths.

The stay was perfect! The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. The condo was clean, bright and sunny! The location was perfect and we really enjoyed the views. If I come back to HHI I will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! We were able to bike and take the trolley to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, and shops. The condo had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pool was beautiful. Our family of teens loved the location and we were comfortable letting them bike places on their own. We saw a lot of wildlife from deer to alligators!

The location was excellent with easy ocean access and a 15 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Bill answered all my questions in a timely manner. In April, the pool was heated and was refreshing after a day of biking on HHI. We rented bikes right across the street at Island Life Rentals and was able to take advantage of the grill at the Hilton right next door. The kitchen had everything we needed for a short 3 night stay.

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The property is as pictured with all the listed amenities. Please note - you will need to bring your own spices and other ingredients needed to cook your own food however all the cookware/untensils are provided. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet - surrounded by greenery. It's located next to a golf course, 2 beaches and lots of wonderful restaurants and shopping within 10-18mins driving. The provided golf cart was also fun to use for short trips in the community and to the beach as well. The hosts were responsive and friendly. We hope to return when we're back at Hilton Head.
