My husband and I were very appreciative of Dan and Lisa’s communication. We had a few hiccups ( one medical issue) and they were kind and quick to reply to us. The location cannot be beat ! The condo is very comfortable with a huge patio! We will be back

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

A great stay that was very comfortable for our family of five adults. We were only there for one night, but left wishing we had more time at this perfectly located condo! Everything was clean and we felt right at home. Enjoying morning coffee while watching the boats pass on the river was wonderful. There was some street noise, but well worth it for the location and beautiful space.

This location is AMAZING. Beautiful views, walk down the scenic boardwalk to the beach, there is a small restaurant right there. The beach is huge and beautiful! White sand, no rocks or seaweed. Small waves perfect for boogie boarding even when windy the waves weren’t huge. The complex seems a little bit “old / tired”, could use some renovating, this building was prob the nicest. The actual unit seemed recently redone - very cute! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the towels and bed linens, they felt cheap. The kitchen has everything you need to cook! There’s an outdoor pool which is very nice in the courtyard of this building and there’s an indoor pool a few buildings over - these plus beach is perfect for kids. We had a great trip and would love to come back and stay here again!

From the moment we turned into the driveway, we knew we were back "HOME" again. We opened the familiar blue glass door and walked inside. Everything as is just like it was before. Serenity and peace and quiet. Husband and I enjoyed sitting out on the back porch eating burgers and steaks, watching the planes, helicopters, riverboats, sailboats, and seagulls overhead, and even Larry the Lizard paid a short visit with his pinkish throat fan. Wish we could stay a little bit while longer but our real home is calling us back. Yes, this place does feels like home. We can't wait to visit "HOME" away from home soon! - And we love our hostess too! She is the bestest!

Our Spring Break trip to Jared and Ashley’s marsh house was absolutely lovely. The weather was perfect, a little chilly, but that didn’t stop us from golf cart rides, beach trips, pool hangs, and bike rides. The home had the prettiest views, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all necessities to stay in and cook dinners. Thanks for your hospitality!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is absolutely gorgeous, cozy and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the bonus room with the ping pong table. The room was also equipped with some toddler toys which we really appreciated. It is a bit outside downtown Savannah but not too far (about 15 mins) and also 15 mins to Tybee island so I’d say it’s pretty central to both. Would def recommend staying here!

Excellent rental! Beautifully situated overlooking the Broad Creek Marshland. Gorgeous finishes and well appointed with everything we needed. Communication was stellar and it was easy to stay. I would highly recommend for anyone that doesn't require out-the-door beach access, it is a great central location, less than 15 min to Coligny Beach, shopping and lots of restaurants and shopping in close proximity. The owners of this property obviously take pride in their home and ensure a great experience! HIGHLY recommend and will look forward to another visit!

Ted’s place was awesome! We had such a great time and felt right at home. The pool was the perfect spot to relax, and the beds were super comfy. The elevator was a pleasant surprise and made bringing in luggage so easy. Beach access was super convenient—just a quick 3-minute bike ride and you’re soaking up the sun. Ted was a fantastic host—communication was clear, friendly, and super helpful. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

This was the perfect weekend getaway for my boyfriend and I. Kacey was an absolute sweetheart and was extremely responsive and proactive in her communication. I would highly recommend the beach walker for the close proximity to the beaches and restaurants as well as how amazing Kasey is! Definitely will be coming back.

The instructions you left were easy to follow. Your recommendations were great! We hope to come back and stay next year!

We enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. The house was clean and had many towels available for our use. The house was located close to many shops and restaurants. We had one issue with the WiFi which was resolved after rebooting the router. We ended up going to Publix to get K-cups for the Keurig as we didn’t see any available. The shower pressure was great and every room was clean and tidy.

We spent four nights in Laura’s place for spring break in April and it was ideal. Great location and convenient to everything. Really enjoyed her two bikes as well. Laura communicated very well with us and we would highly recommend her place.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, and being in a top floor end unit meant less noise from neighbors. The complex was well-maintained and the staff was really friendly. This area is away from the crowds near Coligny, but not far from all the island has to offer. Colin was great about communicating and always responded quickly to messages.

Grady‘s place was exactly what we needed for a nice relaxing week at the beach. The proximity to the beach couldn’t have been better and across the street tons of restaurants and things to walk to. Grady was very responsive and friendly and we highly recommend this place!

Booked this for a quick stay while we had friends from the UK staying. This was a great location for access to a beautiful beach and the pools were ideal for the kids! The space was a great size for the amount of days we stayed and for 5 people. Steve and Jenna were very proactive with their welcome messages and also very quick to respond when we had questions.

Great location was able to walk to pretty much anything we needed and she has a fast response time for any questions. Would definitely stay again
