You can walk to the local market, restaurants and downtown Tybee Island. You can see the pier from the deck and of course the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the location, the updated interior, roominess and the privacy. It is one half of a 2 duplex property. High speed wifi and 3 flatscreens

The home is open with high ceilings, living room is a cozy area with sofa that opens to comfortable double bed, and TV. Large kitchen will be a delight to experienced chef or novice cook. The "Pearl" is a small (756sf) cottage now located in the (commercial district) heart of Tybee's South (main) beach. Cottage is "beach vibe" decor & cozy. Located mid-island, convenient to everything. Less than 5 minute walk to the Beach! This is an iconic 1940 "Tybee Island Beach House" built in an elevated style that is a typical architectural vernacular to Tybee. Original detailing abounds throughout with a perfect mix of old and new to create a super cozy, beachy vibe. Bright, light, and airy cottage with crisp white and navy accents throughout create a chic Low Country vibe while retaining the essence of a typical beach shack.

Grateful Cottage Nature & Peaceful Unit B

If you looking for a peaceful, shady, nature abundant property to relax after a busy sunfilled day, this is it! Magical gardens with birds and butterflies, and solar walkways so you can enjoy the stars at night. I pride myself having spotless apartments and every surface is wiped with care. I am 420 friendly outside and always LGBTQ+ welcoming. Four blocks to SUNRISE & four blocks to SUNSET! The past reviews say it all, but you should leave here, renewed and feeling JOY!

Our cute and quaint family condo is right on the beach with an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the view from the deck off the living room. Wake up to the view from the master bedroom window which also overlooks the beach. You will be close to everything on Tybee when you stay at our centrally-located condo. Several restaurants and shops are close by. The condo has a full kitchen and washer/dryer to make your stay even more enjoyable and convenient.

The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

The Love Bird Suite

Located on the serene and historic Wilmington Island, this space was designed as a romantic couple’s getaway.
