Myself and my partner stayed here for the weekend as a last minute booking and find and we had such a lovely time. We also bought our 2 little dogs too… they enjoyed having a lovely run around the lovely fields!. It was super peaceful. The pizza shed was perfect for a few drinks and a lovely pizza! Very friendly staff and all so super helpful. We enjoyed going into the car boot on the Saturday and into Skegness. It was a lovely balance, of having a peaceful and chilled time, but also having things to do in the day. A really beautiful place and we will definitely be back and recommending this place! 😁😁

Quiet and tucked away down a residential lane in the owners’ back garden. It was a self-contained little annex with everything one could require. We visited at the end of April and the area was quiet with few visitors. It was a perfect little base to explore this very lovely area of Norfolk.

Lovely stay at Amy's place. Lovely quiet location with friendly neighbours. Park and beautiful duck pond just down the road. Busses to Hunstanton are really frequent from just round the corner (and such a bargain too!). The house was bigger than we expected and had lovely space inside and out to relax as a family. My only drawback would be the fact there's no stair gate upstairs, just at the bottom of the stairs. My children are 6 and 7 so wasn't bothered about keeping access from the stairs but did have a restless time at night worrying about them getting up and losing their bearings - particularly as the stairs are very steep. And some oven gloves would have been handy (no pun intended!). Appreciated the clear instructions about check in, guidance about the best street to park on and the reminder about the bath towels as that part had escaped my attention! Can recommend this lovely cottage to get away from it all, thankyou Amy.

My Mum and I stayed for 1 night. What an amazing place. Denise showed us around and was very informative, she showed how to use the Sauna and the Hot tub safely - the hot tub even has Bluetooth so we were able to enjoy some tunes. We had a wonderful time and even enjoyed a brilliant view of the magical sunset. Enjoyed the home made wine we purchased, it was delicious. In the morning Denise gave mum a bunch of flowers that she had picked in her garden. We would thoroughly recommend a night or two here.

Great place to stay. Ideal location for all amenities. Claire was a great host and provided some good recommendations for eating Accommodation was exactly as described very comfortable and a high standard. Love the flowers,wine, milk and biscuits - thoughtful extras. Looking forward to returning

The cottage was beautiful and spotless. It had a very homely feel and plenty of space. The area was well located for multiple day trips, of which Clare provided lots of ideas. Including Sandringham and Brancaster beach. For dogs it was a secure garden and a nice space to run about in. We were all very happy with our stay, there is nothing we would change. If we ever visited the area again, we would seek this property again.

We had the most wonderful stay. The garden is absolutely amazing. If you have little ones, this place is the one! Adam was a wonderful host, so responsive and helpful. The house was super clean, everything was so easy to work/find. We would hesitate to stay here again. Brilliant value for money, we had the best time. Thank you again Adam and Hannah.

My 4th time at Judy’s place for the annual golf society trip. I thought my experience couldn’t get better but it did, Judy was an amazing host and thanks to her my trip was nothing short of perfect. Beautiful location, comfortable accommodation providing more than you need . I am falling in love with Norfolk more and more every time I visit. My dog Rolo loved Judy’s place probably even more than I did. He enjoyed sitting outside and watch the wildlife.

Our stay at the Koya was peaceful and comfortable and the hosts were lovely - including their beautiful dogs. Would highly recommend xx
