Conveniently located in the heart of Anglesey, this is an excellent base from which to explore the whole of the island and is less than ten miles from the mainland, the gateway to Snowdonia. All popular locations on Anglesey are within easy reach, including the stunning beaches of Rhosneigr and Trearddur Bay. The nearest town is Llangefni, where you will find a selection of shops and eateries to suit all tastes.

Beudy’r Esgob

‘Beudy’r Esgob’ translates as ‘Bishop’s Barn’ and it used to be a hay barn and cow shed. It adjoins our 14th century farmhouse and lies in the village of Gwalchmai, Anglesey. We are within walking distance to Anglesey Show ground & air strip and 10 minutes drive from Rhosneigr and its beaches. We would be a super base for those visiting Anglesey Circuit at Tŷ Croes as we have plenty of parking space for car trailers. We also have another listing, ‘Stablau’r Esgob’ which may be of interest.

It is a truly tranquil retreat but is also perfectly located for those wishing to explore the island of Anglesey & the Snowdonia National Park is just 25 minutes away by car.

Beachfront home with uninterrupted spectacular views out to the Irish Sea. With private stepped access to the beach, our home comfortably sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, but can sleep up to 6 using the sofa bed in the second lounge. Enjoy sunsets from the decking relaxing on our sun loungers or find secluded spots on the cliff tops for even more privacy. The Annexe adjoins Ty Deryn Y Mor (also a holiday let), each has their own private garden, decking and path to the beach.

Near Llanddwyn beach, Newborough forest, sand dunes, wildlife, fabulous local food at the Marram Grass and we are dog friendly! Perfect for spending time with friends and family.

We love to welcome all guests to our converted dairy Tylluan Wen (Barn Owl) which is a stone building attached to the main house. The cottage can sleep up to 4 persons in one double and one twin room. We are a growing smallholding with alpacas, sheep and chickens. We also have two dogs.
