V Piburgu je možnost stravování ve dvou restauracích - 3 minuty chůze. Lyžařský areál Hochoetz propojený s areálem Kühtai je vzdálen 2 km, do Söldenu dojedete za 30 min. nebo lze využít bezplatný skibus stavící před budovou. Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit Wintergarten am wunderschönen Thiersee. Entfernung zum See 2 min. Ein Spaziergang um den See dauert ca eine halbe Stunde ( 2km). Es befindet sich ein großer Spielplatz in 500m Entfernung. Supermarkt und Pizzeria 1km entfernt. Viele kleine Wanderungen bis hin zu schwierigen Tagestouren sind vom Haus aus machbar. Bester Ausgangspunkt für eine Mountainbiketour auf den Pendling (Hausberg). Alpinisten werden hier ebenso glücklich werden wie Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

The sunnige (Ötztal dialect for sunny) suite is 84 m² and has a roof terrace with a free-standing outdoor bathtub and a south-facing balcony.
