Yes, the road in is a bit of an adventure - but if it hasn't been raining I reckon you can do it in any Avis car. Nevertheless, Jacobus gives crystal-clear directions. Even I didn’t get lost! The house is pure magic: cozy fireplace, wifi good enough to take a Zoom call, and nature so beautiful you’ll consider throwing your laptop into the forest. I booked for a few days, stayed for 10, and only left because someone else beat me to it. Already planning my return!

Bonitas Unterkunft ist eine wahre Oase der Ruhe. Am liebsten wären wir für immer dort geblieben. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und das Grundstück bietet genug Platz für kleine Wanderungen.

Everything you will need. The hosts are very responsive and welcoming. The cottage was superbly clean. We enjoyed the peaceful stay.

What an amazing place!! We loved every moment. The house, the stoep, the boma and the deck were truly a treat. The area is so peaceful. We managed to do some spectacular birding from the deck and heard the laughing hippos. The Letaba river never disappoints. Featherbrook cottage is worth every penny. Thank you Mark, Fleur, Lumbi and Accra for your friendliness and hospitality. We loved every minute of our stay! We can’t wait to visit again!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Driehoek Farm! The view is absolutely spectacular. The house is cozy and clean, the beds and bedding is very comfortable - all white linen. It was quite a rainy weekend so we spent hours chatting in front of the fireplace. Machél was a very responsive and friendly host!

The cabin is surrounded by beautiful , jaw dropping vistas. The cabin itself is cosy and lovely. There is a gas stove and a little inverter for charging your gadgets etc. it’s amazing for the price. Franco is a great host who was responsive and extremely helpful when needed.

This cottage is very private, beautiful and calm. we had a brief stay, however there was mist, light rain and was just magical. we watched monkeys jump from tree to tree, playing and cuddling with each other. we didn't get to try the outside shower, but we will next time. in front of the outside shower you facing a beautiful pond. A perfect retreat if you want to escape the outside world.
