Der Wohn-/Schlafraum ist hell und freundlich, ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett Liegefläche 1,60 x 2,00m. Beistellbett 0,80 x 1,90m oder Kinderreisebett für 3. Person bei Bedarf. Beides gleichzeitig nicht möglich.Bad mit Dusche und WC. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Kinderstuhl wird bei Bedarf beigestellt.

The apartment with 64 square meters is located on the 1st floor of a residential building and has 3.5 rooms, including 2 bedrooms (both with a double bed of 1.80). In another 1.5 rooms is the living area with pull-out sofa, access to the balcony, TV and free Wifi. In the dining room there is a cozy dining area and access to the fully equipped kitchen. The daylight bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. A parking space (no. 6) directly in front of the apartment is also included.

El apartamento se ubica en Seelfingen, una pequeño e idílico enclave, a sólo 9 km del Lago de Constanza. Pueder el punto ideal de partida para unas vacaciones relajantes. El apartamento tiene de 56 m² y está situado en la primera planta de una casa unifamiliar. Consta de un único espacio en el que hay una cama doble y una zona de estar con sofá cama más una cocina americana totalmente equipada con barra-bar. El baño dispone de lavamanos, ducha y WC. Die Einliegerwohnung befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage ohne Durchgangsverkehr am Waldrand. Die Umgebung lädt zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen, Radtouren oder Wanderungen ein. Die Wohnung hat ca. 40qm Wohnfläche und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, sowie auch eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Teich. Überlingen am Bodensee ist in ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der nächstgelegene Badesee Illmensee oder Pfullendorf ist ebenfalls in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen.

Seezeit

Die im Frühjahr 2018 fertiggestellte Ferienwohnung erreichen Sie über einen außenliegenden Holztreppenaufgang. Nun steht einer erholsamen "Seezeit" nichts mehr im Wege. Mit einem Schlafzimmer, offenem Wohn- und Esszimmer, Bad, Küche sowie zwei Balkonen mit toller Seesicht bietet die Ferienwohnung einen optimalen Rückzugsort für einen tollen Urlaub. Beautiful flat in historic center of Überlingen

Welcome to our 2nd home. Hidden away in the village of the old town of Ueberlingen. You can have a quiet and relaxing time as well as the opportunity to enjoy the busy and bustling city with it's lovely cobbled streets, the market place, the lake with ice cream parlours, restaurants and pubs. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two family house with two balconies and a garden.

Unser Apartment besticht durch seine herrliche Lage unweit des Sees. Es ist hochwertig und gemütlich eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen mit Blick in den schönen Garten. In nur 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuss am See und kann direkt im Strandbad schwimmen gehen. Zur schönen Altstadt von Überlingen ist es auch nicht weit. Zu Fuss ca. 20 Minuten. Ein Bus fährt vor der Haustüre, Parken kann man auf der ruhigen Wohnstrasse kostenlos.

Villa Kunterbunt

Our beloved family country house welcomes you! The old house, which we have lovingly and completely renovated from an ecological point of view, is located opposite a beautiful vantage point with an old oak tree over the lake. It is only a 5-minute walk from the historic old town. The cozy accommodation is wonderfully quiet with an idyllic view of the vineyards in the middle of a beautiful, natural garden.

Historisches Bauernhaus in ruhiger Lage (1)

Die Wohnung ist in einem alten Bauernhaus (anno 1833) neu hergestellt worden. Bei der Erstellung wurde darauf geachtet möglichst viele Naturbaustoffe zuverwenden (Holz, Lehm, Hanf). Die Zwischenwände wurden als Fachwerkwände ausgestaltet. Das Wohnzimmer bildet mit der Küche einen Raum. Die Wohnung hat ca.60 m² und ist barrierefrei hergestellt.
