Located in one of Zadar’s most beautiful old neighborhoods, our apartment is 15 min walk to the Old Town and 5 min to the sea, main bus station and supermarkets. A scenic seaside promenade near the apartment leads directly to the Old Town, with several beautiful beaches along the way. Tourist tax (City of Zadar): €1.50 per adult (18+) per night. Ages 12–17 pay 50%. Under 12 free. Included in the final price. Like VAT, it does not go to the host — we collect and remit it to the authorities.

My place is close to public transport and family-friendly activities. Bus station is 20 meters from house. Place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The house has a yard with a fence and a covered area for parking cars. The yard has a barbecue, a small table and benches. In the winter terrace is allowed smoking and pets. It is a charming apartment that has one bedroom on gallery with double bed and sofa , bathroom with toilet and small kitchen with living room . Apartment is completely equipped .There is also a dishwasher with washing tablets in the kitchen.
