Roskhill cottage is awesome. We spent 5 nights here and made our stay truly special. The house have everything you may need and more, the beautiful view and garden filled with flowers, the BBQ hut it’s a great plus, comfortable beds, impeccable clean, good size bathroom and shower, close to little groceries stores, delicious bakery and good coffee, Dunvegan Castle and gardens and fantastic walkings around, plus gorgeous Coos cows! Really worthy place. Highly recommended.

Stunning property, with everything we could ask for! Hot tub had amazing views and was a peaceful escape from the more “ touristy” parts of Skye. The honeymoon hamper was an extra special touch and we can’t wait to return in years to come . Thank you both so much!

One of the loveliest places we've ever stayed! Superb and spacious accommodation, beautifully decorated and really well & thoughtfully equipped - it will *exceed* your expectations. With the sauna and hot tub, it's not easy to drag yourself out of the house! And to top it off, the view across the loch is utterly mesmerising. Vivienne was a great host, letting us know everything we needed and leaving a lovely welcome pack. The house is in a peaceful location that is still handy for the main road and great for interesting local walks .... if you can drag yourself away! Can't recommend highly enough 😊

Claire has thought of everything! All we had to do was turn up, and Claire had already provided thoughtful and very useful local recommendations, clear instructions on how to access the property, and we felt at home right away. It's clear to see just how much love she has put into the property, and having stayed in my fair share of Airbnbs, it's rare that you find a property like this which truly feels like a home away from home. The decor and amenities are all top quality, and Claire even reached out to make sure we had all the firewood we'd need when the cold weather rolled in! I've sent the link to this cottage to all my friends and family, so fingers crossed they haven't snapped it up the next time we'll inevitably visit! Claire and Phil are exemplary hosts, and our stay at the cottage made our trip all the more magical.

Lagan Glas is a beautiful, luxurious cottage in a magnificent location. We had a fantastic week on Skye as a family of 5 with our Labrador. The cottage has everything you’d want for some relaxation time: XBox for the kids, log burner to drink a whisky by and stunning views to stare out to. The kitchen and dining area are superb and very well equipped and the bathrooms likewise. The location in Glendale is stunning (as is every corner of Skye) with a lovely circular walk via a rocky beach for the dog to run about and an excellent cafe for a pit stop. There’s also a very special vegetarian restaurant and tea room not far away. Karen is super helpful and swift in her responses, with excellent local insight and suggestions. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Lagan Glas and Skye in general.

We have had the best week at Seashell Cottage. the house is beautiful, pristine, warm and inviting. The kitchen is very well stocked, the showers and bath devine and garden great for the dog. Location was exactly what we wanted for exploring the beaches of Harris. There is also a supermarket and Tap Room conveniently located a 5 minute drive away. Tarbert is 25mins away for a day out at the gin distillery too. Probably the nicest AirBnB we've stayed in and couldn't have asked for anything more.

We had such a lovely stay at Easter Byre. The cottage was beautifully restored and furnished, and very cosy to be in, whilst still being spacious. We arrived quite late, in the dark and John and Jacqueline’s instructions made it easy to find. The fire was going and the cottage was warm and welcoming when we got there. They gave us privacy throughout the stay, but it was really nice to be able to meet them and chat with them on the farm, and learn about life on North Uist. Jacqueline bakes delicious sourdough bread, and delivered some to us every second morning - it was perfect for breakfast. They gave us great recommendations for walks and places to eat. The beaches nearby them are beautiful and lovely to walk - we were very lucky with some sunny days. I can’t recommend this place highly enough - it was the highlight of our Scottish holiday 😊.

This cottage surpassed our expectations, positioned in such a peaceful and incredibly scenic location, An Cealla is a very, very comfortable cottage, clean and in exceptional condition. Ann was quick to respond and kept in touch to ensure everything was ok on arrival. There were many wonderful and unexpected extras provided which made it feel almost like a spa experience such as big, comfortable beds, slippers, dressing gowns and high quality toiletries. The shower was powerful and the roll top bath with a view was the best! The cottage is very well equipped and Ann provided a very generous welcome pack, even our dog had a little welcome pack of her own. I can't recommend this stand out property enough if you are lucky enough to be visiting this beautiful part of the world.

Great little house in an absolutely gorgeous location—the perfect base for exploring Uist. Rhonda was an excellent host, regularly contacting us with any updates and ensuring that we had everything we needed. Hope to be back soon!

Alex was a lovely host, friendly, helpful, funny and kind. The cottage was immaculate, stylish, modern, extremely well maintained and well equipped. It also managed to be very cosy, whilst still fitting with the character of the rural area. Having visited Waternish very regularly we knew what the surroundings would be like but, as ever, we were still blown away by the beauty of the location. The peacefulness and the sense of tranquility is wonderful with views that will amaze you, rain or shine. We walked our dogs the two minutes from the cottage down to the shore line a few times, where they loved swimming in the sea. We had long leads for safety due to the sheep, cows and deer that you see roaming around. We visited the Fairy Pools (waterfalls), one day during a storm (great decision!) and so returned home soaking wet and cold. The cottage was a wonderful warm and cosy place to return to after a day braving the elements! Brilliant day and highlight of our holiday. 🥰 10/10

This is a really lovely place, spotlessly clean and very cosy, with a super comfortable bed. Every kitchen utensil you could possibly need is there. The shower was great, as well. The location is very quiet and peaceful, and, despite my misgivings, it is really easy to find. Many thanks to Vicki, who was incredibly friendly, responsive and patient. I would definitely stay again.

Returning to Harris, where we had our honeymoon 25 years ago, has been wonderful. It was everything we remembered but it seemed even more beautiful this time. Staying at Quillers Cottage was perfect, giving us independence to come and go as we wanted. The house has been decorated beautifully and has lots of interesting art and furniture not forgetting the Harris tweed curtains and blinds. We ate in every night and the kitchen worked well. Anke’s cottage on Barra is a slice of heaven. Dubbed “Barradise”, the island’s beauty, wild yet peaceful, is breathtaking. We enjoyed several hikes, each offering stunning views and serenity. The cottage, while a bit cold due to the season, was made warm by Anke’s care. She provided extra heaters and a kind partial refund for unnoticed storm damage. It’s cozy, with a special charm and an amazing sea view, offering magical sunrises. Can’t wait to return to this cozy haven!

Wonderful place, we really enjoyed our time there, it’s very clean, cozy and private. Christine and Ian were absolutely kind and helpful, we would really love to come back to this place ♥️

we had a lovely week at crook cottage. The surroundings are so beautiful and the cottage itself cozy and comfortable with everything we needed to feel at home. The beaches at Luskintyre and Huisnis are stunning.

My family and I truly enjoyed this beautiful home in this spectacular area. The home was clean and comfortable, and the owner responded to all of our needs. Great location...close to all the best of Skye, all while being nestled on a quiet sheep farm just off the road. We would happily come back again and again. Thanks.

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable & well equipped cottage in a spectacular location with superb views. The weather was glorious too, which allowed us to sit on the bench outside every evening drinking in those stunning views with a glass or two.

We stayed at Atlantic Drift for four nights and had an amazing time. The accommodation itself is beautiful, charming, clean, cosy and well-equipped. It's located in a small village but it's still really private. The village is a bit isolated, at the far north west of the island, but if your looking for somewhere remote, like us, it's the perfect place. It remains close from some interests points like Neist Point or the Three Chimneys restaurant, and maximum two hour drives to see the other ends of the island. Linda and Ken were very nice and quick to respond. Thanks again for having us.

The place was perfect - quiet, well located to explore the best of the island, easy to find, very well equipped. Little touches made us feel welcome and made us feel at home. We then stayed on the Isle of Lewis in what was a higher spec property but it did not have those little touches that made us feel at home. Karen was very helpful and went out of her way to help. We would recommend her place to anyone.
