Newly built contemporary styled 2-bedroom cottage in Carpathians

This newly built cottage is located in very quiet and picturesque place of Ukrainian Carpathians. It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living area. 2, 5 bathrooms :1 with shower, 1 with a bathtub and 1 with toilet and sink for common space. All rooms are nicely decorated with quality materials and wooden furniture , have huge panoramic windows. Kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, utensils, household appliances (cooking stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer). Fireplace is in living room.

TO YE HOUSE Наш сучасний будинок знаходиться прямо посеред карпатських гір. ⠀ Тут є все необхідне щоб провести час у повній самоті та тиші. Розтопити камін, укутатися в плед і під хрускіт дров, пити гарячий чай, спостерігаючи, як за вікном по горах стелиться сніжок. А які тут неймовірні світанки, словами неможливо передати! ⠀ В нашому будинку повністю безпечно, та й всього за 3 км від нас знаходиться смт Славське (Львівська область). У цих краях є все необхідне для повноцінного відпочинку.

Kuśniszcze is my favorite place full of nostalgia of my beautiful summer holiday in my youth period. There you are close to nature full of animal sounds, fresh air and private space, surrounded by hardworking and super friendly people. You wake up by sounds of dogs, chickens, cocks, cows and/or birds. Very pleasant! You will experience a biological dynamics process and you can enjoy the lake (look the pictures) 100m away from the cottage. Catching fish is always allowed for everyone!

The house is located in the village of Deremezna, 50 km from Kyiv. 🏘 The area of ​​the house is 50m2. The house has a double bed in the separate room and a big sofa in the living room. Max. number of guests is 4. The house has everything for a comfortable stay: kitchen, fireplace, air conditioning, and firepit, and it is additionally possible to order a hot tub. You can come to us with your pets. A bowl, a towel for paws, sanitary diapers, and poop bags are in the house.

A cozy little house for those who want to escape the big city and immerse themselves in the untouched nature of the Carpathians. Luzhky is the last village before the mountain ridge. Nearby flows the crystal-clear mountain river Luzhanka, where you can swim or even try catching some trout. Here, you can enjoy nature, walk through pristine forests, listen to birdsong, pick wild berries and mushrooms. In winter, admire the fresh snow and the warmth of the fireplace.
