Nestled on 4 acres in the Catskill Forest, the Cranberry House has incredible views with private access to Beaver Kill stream. This unique wooden chalet has a fireplace (wood incl.), 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beamed & vaulted ceiling, and incredible entertaining spaces with 4K TVs and games. Outdoors there is a fire pit, BBQ, large deck, bluestone patio. Views out every door! A 6 person Hot Tub Spa is magical in winter and summer! We've put heart and soul into our home and hope you enjoy it.

Extra Large Rhinebeck Village Guest House

Large loft-like house located in historic Rhinebeck Village. An easy walk to fine and casual dining, shopping and the County fair grounds. The lower level has 2 huge rooms with large beds and living area in each. One side has a TV, stereo and vinyl collection, the other a kitchen area, dining table, couch, and wood burning stove. The loft (accessible by step-ladder) has 2 more beds. The bathroom (separate rooms for bathing and WC) is between the two lower level rooms. Truly a rare find!

This charming Aframe is tucked into the Catskill mountains, with spectacular seasonal views of the Rondout Reservoir. This house is cozy with rustic charm and is the perfect getaway nature-lovers. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the many hiking trails and waterfalls just a short drive away. A sanctuary for goats, animal lovers can visit with over 30 rescues during their stay. Art materials and yoga mats are provided to round out a perfect escape for you to unwind, rest, relax and heal.

The 1772 Lefevre Stonehouse Suite

Sit at a quaint breakfast table in this sun-filled room admiring the beautiful patio, grainy wood-plank floors, and a country decor touches. Walk outside to enjoy the free ranging chickens as you gaze at the rustic grounds of this enchanting stone-built home dating from 1772. The suite has its our private entrance, bathroom and fireplace all stocked with plenty of firewood for your stay. Fireplace can be used November-March only unless temperatures are under 40 degrees.

A great place to slow down, reconnect and watch seasons change. The cabin sits on 55 quiet acres with no other houses in sight.

Fern - Kos Retreats @ Frogs Hollow Farm

Fern is one of the two luxurious yurts we offer on our 100 acre organic farm. We are 15 minutes away from New Paltz, NY, and mere minutes away from the Shawngunk Mountains in the bucolic Hudson Valley.
