Nice quiet location, great house with lots of room. Individual heat controls in each room were handy. Lots of good recommendations for places to go, and restaurants to visit. Great value!

This house was colorful comfortable and cozy. We had a family gathering so, we stayed in most of the time and spent time together. We had plenty of space. I so enjoyed the decor. From the moment I opened the door I felt peaceful. The deck was completely fenced in. The sound of the creek was very pleasant. If I were to come back to Roseburg I would love to stay here again. We had a wonderful stay at Caroline’s place! It’s a charming and cozy spot, perfect for an overnight stay while skiing. The interior is beautifully updated and immaculately clean, with well-functioning appliances and a well-stocked kitchen that made meal prep a breeze. The beds were incredibly warm and comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day on the slopes. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and Caroline was a responsive and attentive host who lives nearby, making it easy to reach out if needed. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

It worked well for us. I worked from the kitchen table and was able to walk to family afterwards. Basics were available (coffee, TP, soap) so we didn’t have to rush to the grocery store after a very long travel day. Would stay again.

The space was very comfortable for a several-day stay. Also quite convenient: 5 minutes to a Safeway or Albertsons, 10 minutes (or less) to campus, 12 minutes to Target and Walmart. The weather was not cooperative so I didn't get a chance to walk around the area but always felt safe coming and going.

My husband and daughters stayed at this wonderful place again. Caroline and her husband are always so friendly and accommodating. This is my husband's first choice whenever he visits Eugene! Thanks again for providing a home away from home for my family!

Beautiful view, spacious upstairs unit. Just 10 minutes to the really cute town of Yachats (check out the Styx, Stones, n' Bones shop if you are into rocks!). Across the street from Bob Creek Park where you can climb onto the rocks to go tidepooling at low tide (wear sturdy shoes that can get wet). Jana was immediately helpful when I messaged her for something in the kitchen. The beds did get warm at night and I couldn't quite figure out how to get the thermostat to cool. But I would absolute stay here again. Note: the hot tub is meant for 2 people at a time.

Amazing scenery....beautiful home and best bed ever

This is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed and definitely at the top of our favorite list. It was easy to get in with a code and beautifully decorated with a crisp peppermint smell to greet us upon entering. Lots of amenities: the bed was comfortable, lovely gas fireplace, awesome shower and kitchen well stocked with spices, snacks and coffee. We enjoyed the peaceful outdoor seating on the spacious deck and a beautiful peacock hung out. Also saw some deer. The stairs to get to the apartment were a bit steep so may be hard to navigate for some people but they added to the ambiance. Between the stairs, deck and view, it reminded us of Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at in Europe!

We had a wonderful time in Eugene and wished we could’ve stayed for longer!! The location was ideal as it was close to the university with many restaurants and shops along the way. The Airbnb had all of the listed amenities and was very family-friendly; they had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our baby (pack and play, sound machines, blackout curtains). Overall, very cozy and excellent location. We already have this place in mind for our next trip back!

Beautifully unique home in a peaceful hilltop neighborhood full of trees and wildlife, only a 10 minute drive from the heart of Eugene. My entire family felt comfortable and at home here. And BeeBee may be the most attentive and thoughtful host we’ve had on Airbnb. This was truly a restful and restorative sanctuary.

This house is truly a sanctuary. The pictures do not do it justice. It's spacious, peaceful, and relaxing. We were in town for my son's track meet and this was such a lovely home to come back to at night for some peace and quiet. BeeBee was extremely accommodating and responsive, and even left us some drinks and treats to start out with. The home is equipped with everything you need. The outdoor spaces are lovely and we were visited by wild turkeys, deer, and lots of birds. We hope to return in future years.

Great option for university visitors! Quiet, private, lovely landscaping with easy access to everything. Very responsive to an issue that arose and excellent communication. Only one small caution—people who need nighttime bathroom runs might find the distance from upstairs bedroom down and through living room to bathroom to be too far. One of us used the fold out couch, and that would be an option if needed. Lovely and easy stay—definitely recommend!
