Many thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us so we could enjoy a wonderful long weekend. Upon arrival we received a welcome visit from James, who was very helpful and informative. The house was even better than we had expected and had everything we could have asked for. It comfortably fit 12 people. We thankfully had beautiful weather so made good use of the outdoor space and bbq. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this property to my friends and family. Thank you 🤩

A great place for a group gathering - 12 single beds! And the living spaces are well laid out and spacious. Outdoor area good too. It's a bit lacking character but made up for by the practicalities. It's very near the beach and convenient for access to boscombe and central bournemouth. Can recommend.

Gail’s house was brilliant. Very tranquil and in a peaceful location, and the wildlife was fab. The house was huge and contained everything you might need for a fun weekend away!

Honestly one of the best properties I have booked, such an easy check in process host is very friendly and responsive. Property is beautiful everything matches the photos and looks even better in person.

The pictures don’t do this place justice in terms of size. We were three families with 2 children each and the house accommodated no problem, it’s bigger than in looks and the spaces are really functional for groups. There are some great local places to eat, the train station is walkable for a short trip to Oxford and then there’s of course Bicester Village!! All walkable, park your car and relax, great value for money too!!

We booked this Airbnb as a family of 8 adults and a dog and it was perfect! Great size, great location and amazing views. Would definitely come back here!

This was an amazing place for us to stay as an extended family. There were nine of us, plus two dogs, and we rented the Doocot and the Lodge in the grounds. It is located right up in the hills and was blissfully remote yet easily accessible to the A90 to Perth and Dundee. The house itself was very comfortable and exactly as described. The sitting room was amazing with its enormously high ceilings, plenty of squishy sofas and a piano. There was also a Smart TV. For us, the best feature was the enormous dining table which easily seated us all and could have taken several other people too. We had lovely meals together all round the table. It was really memorable. The bathrooms were clean and new. The roll top bath was lovely and super to soak in. Check in, host communications etc were all super easy and they even helped us to have a hot tub ready for our arrival from Fife Hot Tub Hire. All in all, would highly recommend to people looking for a comfortable break away in the hills.

This is not a house, it’s a home. It has everything you need for the family to be comfortable right from the moment you arrive with something for everyone. Standout for the young children a fab garden with an awesome trampoline. Standout for the adults space and comfort to totally relax. What takes it from great to exceptional are the thoughtful touches …… and there are a lot but it’s most of all the welcome and hospitality of Kay our host who kept in touch to make sure all was well and gave us brilliant tips on where to go suitable for each of our parties needs. Now stop browsing, book!

We had a great short break and the house was perfect and matched all of the pictures and descriptions. The hot tub was brilliant and the proactive emails, instructions and support from Rob were first class. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay. Friendly & helpful host. Lots of character in the house. The only down side for me ( but not the rest of the party )was the steps up from the car port to the house as I am a little unsteady on my legs. But other than that a great place. Lovely pub just down the road too

What a wonderful weekend we had! I celebrated my 60th birthday there. A charming Barn with lots of character. Lovely & welcoming with a special cake and birthday decorations. Treats & a bed for the dog too! All my family thoroughly enjoyed it! Lolly, the facilities manager, was really friendly and helpful before we arrived and available all weekend with any issues we had that were resolved so quickly. Thank you Lolly! My family and I had a great stay at Martin’s house. Martin’s neighbour let us in and was very welcoming. And it was absolutely spotless, with had thoughtful touches like extra towels for the hot-tub and milk in the fridge. We enjoyed going to the nearby Roman ruins, the beach and wildlife park. The house is not baby-proof, so you’ll have to spend some time moving delicate items if you have small children.

Lovely house, great games room for the kids, kept them entertained, huge comfy beds, all kitchen stuff even treats for the doggies! Emma replied to messages promptly. Thank you so much, hope to come again!

Absolutely lovely home , very responsive to messages, had an issue with the electrical gate it’s no one’s fault but they acted and responded so quickly. The only issue I had was with the pool not being open even though it’s listed in the title “ villa with pool “ and I searched air BnB using the great pool section . I was gutted because it did state in the more about section that the pool wasn’t open until may , I trusted that using the search with great pool would be enough but unfortunately It wasn’t, I did feel this was wrong listing a property with a pool and in the title but hiding the fact it wasn’t open in the click more section, this definitely needs changing.

Amazing stay from start to finish. This property has something to do for everyone, if you’re staying in or going for a walk you can’t be disappointed!

Organised a stag do here for 13 of us, everyone loved it. The House was great, had everything we needed, so we didn’t have to leave the site for activities. We were lucky with the weather so basically stayed by the pool and jacuzzi all weekend and enjoyed the great views the property had to offer. Paul was a great host who was very helpful and was there to answer any questions straight away. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Absolutely stunning cottage and great pool and jacuzzi! A stunning peaceful location with great local pub and amazing walks and things to do (but you may need to travel a bit like we did to see the fantastic surrounding area) Highly recommended to others and we will be returning. This was the second time I’ve stayed in one of Peter and Doreen’s properties. They are always such wonderful hosts and are very accommodating. We visited Pentrenant Hall as a group of 19; 5 families with children ranging from 2 years old to 5 years old. The venue was perfect for us; the kids loved the bunk rooms and the huge dining room. The grounds are well cared for and provided an exciting and safe place for our children to explore. They particularly enjoyed toasting marshmallows by the fire pit outside! The adults managed to take advantage of the hot tub a couple of times too which was a lovely treat! And a few competitive games of table football in the games room. Overall a fantastic stay - we are already making plans to return next year!

We had a very pleasant stay at Cedar House with our small children. The living quarters are very spacious, well designed and have everything you need. The pool and spa area is impressive (even if it comes at an extra cost), it was well worth and the kids loved having the entire pool to themselves. There is also a small play area as well as a ping pong table and other games to keep them entertained. We love the area, Bosham is stunningly beautiful and the beaches of the Witterings are a short drive away. Overall a great family stay, we would like to be back!

Lovely cottage. Great facilities and location. Peaceful woodland surrounds - you can hear the birds sing. Lovely garden to sit out in too. Sarah helpful in answering any questions I had about the property. I was welcomed with a message and a few bottles, which was lovely. Thank you Sarah.
