This place was WHY we booked our trip. The reviews don't lie. We adored the pets, our daughter cried having to leave them. The location is so gorgeous and special. Hector and Kim have thought of everything, right down to OTC meds in first aid drawer (not expired!). They were always available and so helpful. Kim's artwork was amazing throughout the house. We appreciated knowing we had a backup plan for water and electricity.

Excellent stay at this serene location. Well outfitted with all necessary amenities as well as complementary water and snacks. Perfect for short and long stays. Just simply excellent

Super cute studio with a great design! Two people move easily and the beds are comfortable! Great location close to everything!

We needed a get away from busy life and found Water Island and Ray and Cheri’s place to be perfect. Can walk to Honeymoon beach , golf Cart around the island ( rent at the docks ) food at the two places that serve is excellent people are very nice and easy to get to know. I didn’t hear one police siren or ambulance all week and that’s beautiful. There is not much congestion in people , it’s just very peaceful and we will be going back for sure .

The space was exactly as described and exactly what we needed! Great location - fantastic neighborhood with close restaurants and a short block walk to the beach. It was perfect!

Amber's place was perfect after we had a last minute change to our itinerary! We booked quickly and enjoyed the location. Beautiful view from the back porch. Easy to locate with helpful instructions. Quick drive by golf cart to Flamenco Beach and into town.

Karen is AMAZING! The house and studio was fabulous and well worth the visit. I can’t tell you how much she helps with accommodations, suggestions for activities and being there for you. As I said she’s amazing and so is her rentals! She made are trip! Gracious Karen 😊

This place was perfect. It’s in a private community so you can feel safe walking around. The space we had was super comfortable. The outside shower came in handy when coming home full of sand. The restaurants nearby are all great.

Welcoming and pleasing aesthetic. Host was responsive but it took awhile. Host was accommodating with luggage drop off when I had an early flight. The only thing that I wish was clear was that it's a guest house to the house shown, so entrance is on the side. Also hot water was more like warm but it wasn't too much of a problem. Other than that it was a safe, quiet neighborhood! Would stay again and definitely recommend. Very clean and modern.

The parrots perch was an incredible stay. We knew it would be beautiful based on the listing, but photos alone just don’t do it justice. We loved having our coffee on the patio in the mornings, and watching all the hummingbirds fly around in the front yard. The space itself was very comfortable, clean and safe. A short (and easy) drive to incredible beaches and great restaurants (Windmill for sunset and Shambles for dinner) not even 5 minutes away. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and will be returning asap!

I loved staying at this air bnb it felt like I was right at home ! Loris was super responsive super helpful and she keeps the space squeaky clean ! I will be back to stay with her because of how safe I felt as well in her home being a solo traveler. She gave me my space but also checked in with me which I loved and waited for me to get in late the night I arrived so she could show me around the place and help me check in. If I could give 100 stars I would.

If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay, look no further. Yes, there are nature sounds(chickens and coqui frogs) but I actually enjoyed them immensely. I wanted a place away from the hustle and bustle and this place was perfect for that. It was only 10-15 minutes from the ferry in Ceiba, and still close enough to all locations on the east side. The view was spectacular and I found myself sitting in the rocking chairs on the lanai taking it all in many times throughout my stay. The space was clean and set up nicely. I enjoyed having luggage racks for my suitcase. It was very serene and everything I needed was taken care of. Aida and Jose were great hosts and very responsive to any questions I had. They were friendly and welcoming. I would absolutely stay again. Thank you for having me!

We stayed here for a week and had an incredibly beautiful time! Sabrina was very attentive and helpful, recommending many great places. After a long day at the beach, it was lovely to return to the house, enjoy the island view, and listen to the birds singing at night. if you're looking for a place to stay in St. Thomas, I highly recommend staying here!

Jose & his wife were absolute darlings from check in to check out. They were available for any reason (should you need one) and you can tell they take a lot of pride & care in their property. It was in a safe setting right near the beach, and easily accessible to El Yunque, Ceiba, San Juan, and beyond. The place was clean and great for a place to crash on the East Coast. Jose was extremely helpful and willing to give any advice & ideas about what to see and do. Thank you Jose!

Kurt, The property was completely what the photos showed! The property was clean and easy to access! The view was amazing and location of the property was great! I recommend this property and if you need a driver please use Myron! Myron made our visit even more special! Myron provided a wealth of knowledge and drove us to Mountain View for a famous banana daiquiri, Brooks Bar for ox tails, Coki Beach, Magens Bay and Prime for a wonderful steak dinner! The location of the property was close to Red Hook ferry and we visited St. John’s amazing Trunk Beach! Kurt you are an awesome host! We will visit again soon hopefully next year during carnival! Fabulous, fun visit!

Loved our stay. The location was central to many of the things we wanted to see and do. The place was clean. I traveled alone with my 3 kids and felt safe staying here. The host communicated clearly regarding the location and it is a short 10 minute drive from the airport which was very convenient. They even accommodated a late check out which made my kids very happy because we were able to fit in a visit to San Juan on our last day. The best part was meeting Jorge’s mom, Aida. She was so loving and welcoming. Really made us feel like we were visiting family. She greeted us on our first morning and made sure to say goodbye on our last day. My kids asked if we could stay there every time we visit Puerto Rico because Aida felt like their Abuela. She sent us off with a blessing and prayer and waived goodbye as we drove off. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for such a warm welcome!!

From check in to check out Kristina was an amazing help! She set everything up perfectly and even decorated for my birthday. The space itself was clean and had everything we needed! It was so nice being steps away from the house after a long beach day. Will definitely be back!

Ana, her sister Sara, and her lovely mother were amazing hosts! The place was spotless and such a short walk to the beach. We spent many hours just swinging and reading on the hammock on the front porch after a long, hot day on the beach... what a breeze on that porch. Everything was at our fingertips. We grilled out on the back patio twice during our stay and the best part was when we realized we were missing an ingredient; the grocery store was less than a 5 min walk away. If ever we needed to contact Ana or Sara, they literally got back to us in less than 20 minutes. They are full of helpful tips on where to go and what to do and were just lovely people to work with. We'll be back!

we stayed here for four months. and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We made it feel like home and we were very comfortable and pleased with our home away from home.A special shout out to Carmen, who was so gracious and attentive. We look forward to returning again for another extended stay.

I had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood is great, and the place has everything you could need. It’s cozy, charming, and offers plenty of privacy. Plus, it’s conveniently close to everything, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The perfect place!

An amazing home to stay during your visit! My family & I wanted a place that felt like home away from home and this was definitely the place. Wonderful host from beginning to end, Highly recommend this beautiful home. Great amenities, clean and comfortable .

Our very short stay was great. The place was nice and clean. The apartment is on the second floor and you have the balcony/roof to sit at and hang out outside. The neighborhood was pretty peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is absolutely beautiful.The views are gorgeous,the pool is big and deep for swims with your family.The gym is a plus! Cooking in the kitchen outside by the pool was just amazing ,I could say it looks better in person than in the photos! Andrea was helpful and communicative and friendly.They do live in the property but you don’t see them at all, they give you all the privacy.They do have a baby that you can hear at times but nothing that bothered us at all. You can hear nature in the night and it helps you sleep peacefully. The experience was a 4.8 due to the fact that they had recently installed ac in one of the rooms but was not working the ac was leaking a lot which caused a foul smell in the room. Andrea did let me know about the ac not working and I also told her about the smell. The WiFi was also down for 2 days which I also communicated to her about. She was very apologetic and she did reach out to see how she could make things better. Overall I will still book again
