Great space for our family of six. Everything was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. All of our interests were 15 minutes away, great location. We’d definitely book again !

We had a great stay!!!The location was perfect. Only a short uber ride to old san juan. The accommodations were perfect for me and my 2 girls. Great view, very clean. Everything that we needed to for the beach was provided as well as toiletries and kitchen items. Will definitely stay again.

The apartment was great, felt right at home. Very spacious. There’s always a guard at the lobby for security. Parking is the only tricky situation but we always managed to find parking on the side of the building. Has an elevator, and easy to get in to the apartment. Has a good city view. There is also a train right below that you might heard sometimes pass. The host also owns a boat that he gives private tours in and it was a great experience! Took us to a beautiful beach for the day and even provided snacks, food and soft drinks. We had an amazing time. The host is friendly and always responsive. Great place!

We had a arbnb that flooded 2 hrs after landing! We found Pedro’s place and he approved it within minutes and really helped us !! Really good guy

The apartment was very convenient and comfortable. The location was surprisingly quiet given we were in the first floor front apartment and how central it was. We had everything we needed and washer dryer was helpful as well as parking! Thank you so much for hosting.

Raisa’s place is so cute and comfy ! Looks exactly like the pictures. It is a bit noisy, if you’re not used to it I don’t recommend it. But I don’t have a problem with it at all ! The neighborhood is very nice I walked a few times to go buy fruits and go to the market. There are a couple fast foods around in case. Other than that it’s not too far from san Juan and the old city so you can easily uber or drive there. Would definitely come back. Thank you

La propiedad se encontraba en excelentes condiciones de limpieza, destacando por su impecable presentación. La casa es bonita, acogedora y está situada en una zona muy tranquila, lo que permitió una estancia sumamente placentera. Recomiendo ampliamente este alojamiento y no dudaría en regresar.

We had a lovely stay at this home. Lots of space for me and my two boys - we all got our own bedroom with ample AC. Beds were comfy and rooms were large! Bathrooms came well equipped with toiletries and also great space in each. Location was about 5 min from the plaza and the beach (by car). Very easy to navigate, just had to watch for the random horses. As an aside, I would NOT recommend renting a golf cart when you visit Viaques. It is slow driving and tough to ride on the bumpy roads. All in all, highly recommend this home!

Comfy beds, clean bathrooms, we had arrived for our 28th Wedding Anniversary on Holy week during the island wide blackout. The home was fully equipped with solar power. We were unaffected by the power outage with power and hot running water. The home is also equipped with washer and dryer. We very much enjoyed the home and it's amenities! I will be back!

I had a fantastic stay at Kikiri House ! The location is very calm and peaceful, neighbors are very friendly. Just a short drive from the airport and local spots like Isla Verde, Condado Beach and La Placita. The space was clean, comfortable and exactly what I was looking for my stay. We absolutely loved the game room, it is so cute and has many games to enjoy. Rey David was responsive and helpful which made the check in process seamless. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. If available for my next trip to my beautiful island I will most certainly look to book KiKiri House again.

Buenas tardes a .mis padres les encanto el lugar , las facilidades muy bonita tienes para hacer de todo jugar , darte un chapuzon en la piscina ,hacer barbacoa, ver películas, y descansar de verdad q lo recomiendo lugar céntrico y todo básicamente queda cerca de la autopista si tuvieras q salir . Gracias .

Our family enjoyed our time at Damaris’s place. She was quick to respond and everything was easily accessible. We had to call maintenance for the front door and she immediately responded and got the door knob replaced with friendly maintenance staff. We will definitely stay here again.

Wow, I think I only have positive things to say about Frank and Caroline's space that we used for the week. First of all, the directions on how to check in and find the condo were very detailed. I appreciate all the recommendations on where to eat and things to check out after landing at the airport. This is the first time my family has been to Puerto Rico and it did not disappoint. Frank is very responsive and a communication is top-notch. the views that we had from the condo left us speechless. Everything that you would expect to find in the space was there such as a coffee maker, basket of sunscreen and bug spray, games, cool looking ice cubes and already made ice and filtered pitchers of water. The beds were very comfortable for all of us. I love how we were walking distance to the beach and the food truck area that had a lot to choose from. it's nice that this condo is very close to a lot of other beaches, shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. Hope to return again!

This condo was delightful-just as advertised. It was clean, bright, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed the large patio with views of the bay. The condo community was quiet and well maintained. Overall very enjoyable stay!

Tuve una excelente experiencia durante mi estadía. El lugar superó mis expectativas en todos los sentidos: el espacio era cómodo, bien decorado y muy funcional. Buena limpieza , algo que valoro muchísimo. La ubicación también fue perfecta, con todo lo necesario cerca y en una zona tranquila. Además, el trato fue muy amable y siempre estuvieron disponibles para cualquier consulta. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente.

Bright clean space, close to both airport and Old San Juan. It was ideal for our first night in PR—a mother and her adult son—because we could create private sleeping space by closing a sliding partition between the 2 beds. The proximity and access to Condado Beach was a plus.

I have been coming to PR for years and most of my stays are at Ashford imperial!! Robert, was AMAZING!! The condo is beautiful, just the right amount of furniture, clean, beautiful view, all the amenities you need, and more!!! This is the top 3 of my list of places to stay in the 15 years I have been coming here!!! Some people you can’t make happy as one of the reviews but trust me there were no roaches or other problems with our stay! He was accommodating and got us in right away since our flight arrived early in the am!! Thank you Robert for allowing us to stay in your place!! We will be back!!!

As is the case in Puerto Rico, the power went out at 2 am on Sunday and did not come back on until 5 pm that day. Once it came back on, one of the two air conditioners would not start up. Frist thing on Monday morning Tom showed up with an electrician and got the situation squared away that day. All communication with Tom during this event was immediate. A great host.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The pictures were good but the apartment looks better in person than in the pictures. Zenen and Wanda were very responsive and easy to get ahold of! We had a minor issue with the ac(ended up just being that the batteries in the ac remote needed to be changed) we contacted them and they fixed the issue within the hour! We appreciated how fast they responded to us. You can tell they actually care. Aquátika also is a lovely place. The landscaping & the pool areas were beautiful and clean. Aquatika also has 24/7 security & is gated so we felt extra safe! I definitely would recommend staying booking with Zenen and Wanda.
