The unit is approx. 575 sq ft and has an open floor plan with kitchen/living area complete with custom craftsman details and cabinetry. There is a full kitchen for preparing meals with concrete countertops. Tilden State Park and other East Bay Regional Parks are just a short drive and have fantastic biking and hiking trails with stunning views and many areas to explore. We are also short drive or BART ride to San Francisco. We are conveniently located for excursions to Marin County, Wine Country and all the other greater Bay Area destinations We live upstairs, are long term Berkeley residents and we are more than happy to answer questions and assist you in any way to make your stay more enjoyable.
