Stay in this beautiful South University apartment. The location is fabulous- charming neighborhood with Either driveway (when available) or on street parking. Only five blocks from the University of Oregon, we’re located on the bike path. Close to restaurants, shops, and downtown. Very clean and light, this apartment includes a master bedroom with one queen bed and bedding, full bath with tub, comfortable living room with Futon couch that can be set up for additional guests. There is a smart TV and high speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home – full stove/oven, refrigerator, dishes and cutlery, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. Small dining nook with table and 4chairs. The apartment has a private outside stairway entrance and its own small deck and adirondack chairs. Bright and airy with high ceilings, and lots of windows. Includes stacked washer/dryer. Children welcome. So many great restaurants within walking distance! The apartment is one block away from Sundance natural food market, Humble Bagel, Humble Beagle Pub, Allan Bros. Coffee, an Indian restaurant and burrito shop. Also within walking distance of 19th St. McMenamin’s Pub, Prince Puckler’s ice cream, Eugene City Bakery, Bepe & Gianni’s Italian Restaurant, Agate Alley and Studio One Café. Amazon running/biking trails and public pool are all just blocks away. Bicycle rental nearby. The apartment is above a large Craftsman style house- which is where we, your hosts, live. We are available at all times, but respect your privacy. The apartment is a self-check-in, allowing you to arrive at any time. PAYMENT by airbnb website service prior to arrival. CLEANING FEE - $40 cash pays for cleaning of loft prior to your arrival. PARKING – street parking available. Just let us know ahead of time and we will have parking pass ready free of charge. Apt 4, Craftsman relaxation

The Airbnb is situated in a venerable old house, a hold out in a neighborhood that is fast falling to high density units. The house has worn corners, and we continue to lovingly maintain and restore the spaces over time. My grandmother owned this house in the time of the depression and it housed GI Bill students after WW2 at the UO. Number 4 is a light, airy and beautiful apartment, furnished with antiques, restored original details and original art works. Good kitchen, air conditioning.

Quaint private studio in Friendly St. neighborhood

This cozy retreat in Eugene’s historic and safe Friendly Street neighborhood, is just two miles from the U of O and Hayward Field. Lane County Fairgrounds is four blocks away. Neighborhood shops/restaurants are nearby by. The studio is located in an above ground basement of a 1917 Craftsman bungalow with windows looking out onto the backyard gardens. It offers quiet comfort and a lovely enclosed backyard. Dog-friendly upon approval ($10 per pet per night). Cats are not permitted.

Studio in Downtown

This studio is walking distance to the University of Oregon, the Hult & Shedd Performing Arts Centers, The Jazz Station & Downtown Eugene. Eugene full of character, eateries and entertainment. The attached studio has a separate entrance, a kitchenette & outdoor patio. The main bed is a queen and the second is a twin that is a futon love seat with ottoman. If there is a third person it would be best to be a small child. The space is small and is best for 1-2 people.
