Charming Garden Apartment

Welcome. My place is a quiet and secluded retreat, an easy ten minute drive from the centre of the city. Situated in a tree filled suburb at the beginning of the magnificent Otago Peninsula area. The annex is private from the main part of the house with its own entrance and suits one or two people. The garden is a work in progress, depending on the season, with a sheltered, sunny courtyard for your use. There is a small outlook over the harbour water, giving you a glimpse of the city and hills.

This place is brand new (completed July 2017) and recently listed Category 1 heritage building (nationally important) right in Dunedin's warehouse precinct. It is only a short walk to the Octagon. They are warm, well insulated and have everything you need for both a short or longer stay. The kitchen has an ash wood bench, induction hob and a pyrolytic oven. The decor is all natural with woolen carpets, duvet, quality cotton sheets and pillows. Also within the apartment is a small laundry.

The place is just a 3 or 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk to Dunedin Hospital, Otago University, Dunedin City Centre and the Octagon. It is also very close to Mercy Hospital, Otago Golf Club, Columba College, John McGlashan College The Forsyth Barr Stadium is only a 7 minute drive away

Restaurants and cafes are all within a short walking distance, only a 5 min walk to the main street of Dunedin - leave your car in the onsite car park. You’ll love my place because of the central location, art deco architecture with a modern renovation including new kitchen, bathroom, double glazing, heat pumps, tv and wifi.
