Le chalet est conforme à la description. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour . Benoit a été un excellent hôte très réactif et sympathique. Un super livret d’accueil avec plein de recommandations à proximité nous a été envoyer avant notre séjour afin de le planifier au mieux. Benoit a eu la gentillesse de nous faire profiter d’un check out tardif:

Beautiful location. Amazing house with well appointed interiors. As depicted in the pictures. We loved it. Great for big families/Groups. Within driving distance for all the best places around.

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The place was well equipped, enjoyed using an air fryer for the first time & the BBQ was great! The outside decking area with hot tub was very relaxing and as the weather was not warm enough for the pool the hot tub was a welcome alternative for relaxing. The scenery was stunning. I would recommend providing some written recommendations on restaurants, areas to visit, walks in the area etc in the house. We looked online but personal recommendations left for guests would be a nice touch. I would recommend this house for its space for a family and Stephane was a very responsive host. You definitely need a car to enjoy the area, go to shops etc. We had not planned to hire one as I thought we could walk to the village in about 15 mins but we ended up getting a rental otherwise we would have relied on Ubers, which were quick enough but it adds up when you are a party of 5. Nous avons passé un agréable moment chez Dorina, très bonne communication, arrangeante, très bel emplacement de l’appartement, quelques rénovations mobiliers à prévoir. PS: je recommande leurs restaurant italien, on s’est régalé et le personnel sont vraiment tous sympathiques. Nous reviendrons.

L'alloggio è bellissimo, già da quando si entra e anche all'interno. Il balconcino ha la vista sulle colline e si vede il mare. La sera quando il paese si svuota è silenzioso e rilassante. All'interno trovate il necessario per condire i cibi e avevo anche un paio di merendine con cui ho fatto colazione. Ingrida il giorno prima mi ha mandato le istruzioni per trovare la casa, compreso un video che ha reso tutto molto più semplice. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente, grazie! 🌻

This has to be one of my most favourite Airbnb city stays, with a great view of Promenade de anglais and the sea. The tram station connecting the Nice St Augustine and Airport T1 and T2 was just outside the building. The house was clean with all modern amenities. Laura's husband was very helpful in terms of instructions.
