What an absolutely stunning apartment, with the bonus of a wonderful private outside space, and in a perfect location for a vacation. Bars and restaurants on your doorstep, along with blocks and blocks of history within a short stroll, and with the river just a short walk away too. Plus you're just a short stroll to the subway for wandering a little further. Or just rest up in the comfortable and peaceful apartment when you need some quiet time. Greg & Devon were both super quick to respond to any messages, so that made the trip even easier. We would 100% recommend this space, and wouldn't hesitate to return in the future!

The space is spacious. The beds are comfortable. The area seems to be safe. A little bit far away from the city center, if you planning to watch Philadelphia

Super close to everything and very walkable. Everything matched the description. Was easy to get into. Very much enjoyed staying here on my solo trip. Check out instructions were not clear besides the time. Other than that 10/10 would recommend!

Great location with a easy walk to great food and drink. Check in was simple, easy, and we settled in very fast. Given the area parking was a challenge but no issues otherwise. The bathroom and kitchen were both very clean and accommodating! Would stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Eli’s place. Communication was smooth and easy, with clear details provided throughout. The self check-in process was simple and convenient. The house itself was lovely, well-located in a beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Great, quiet place to stay!

My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Katerina was a great host and her place is lovely. Very well appointed, with the kinds of high end finishings you don't normally see in rental properties in this area. Clean, responsive, great experience all around.

We had a great stay here and Angela was very easy to communicate with. Great places to visit such as The Franklin Institute and The Please Touch Museum for a kids were super short drives away.

matthew's place iwas amazing. it is very close to the city center. the neighborhood is very quiet and very good place to rest. the place also amazing. all the amanities was there with an extras so we dont need to find here and there. the check out instructions was easy for us with a very large group of people. very recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Bobby’s place! Bobby was very informative and responsive, which made the whole experience smoothly from start to finish. Check-in was easy and hassle-free. The home was exactly as described—beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. I also loved that I was able to bring my dog along—this made me feel even more at home. We truly appreciated the attention to detail. For my next visit to PA, I will definitely book again. Highly recommend!

Meng's condo is in a perfect location if you're looking to get around the city easily. Despite being in a high traffic area, we had no issues finding parking and getting around. The condo was spacious and fit all our needs for a weekend stay for a family wedding.

The space was even roomier, brighter, and lovelier than the pictures. The area was walkable, with tons to do, cool murals around every corner, and so many excellent food and beverage options. Natasha was a wonderful, responsive host. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The place was excellent: Close to the center of Princeton, it was in a nice neighborhood. It would be a bit small for two people but I really enjoyed the newly done bathroom. Best shower on my entire trip!

We had a great 2-night stay for a quick family trip to Philadelphia with a 4 year old and 8 month old. The apartment was exactly as described with several thoughtful extras and in a great location for walking to the historic areas of the city. There was some road noise in the back bedroom (and you could hear the kids upstairs running around) but we quickly got used to it and it didn’t wake up the baby - so not a big deal. We only had one question (about parking) and Gabriel quickly responded, and it turned out that the info we needed had already been provided along with any other info we might have required. The place was family friendly as described and the only thing our 4 year old asked for that wasn’t there already was a stool to stand on in the bathroom :) Overall we had a very good stay and wished that we could’ve stayed longer.

Cherrys place was beautiful. It felt just like we were at home and is definitely somewhere we would visit again . Thank you for such a great experience . Happy holidays !

Pratt's place was great and looked just like the pictures. Very clean and confortable and felt just like home. Fresh flowers left on the dining table made us feel welcome. It was a nice touch. Supermarket and plenty of eateries near by and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The neighbors were extremely friendly and we would definitely visit again!

Stayed at Tristan's place for a show in fish town. Gorgeous place and excellent host!

We had a wonderful stay. Any minor issues were addressed and corrected immediately. Perfect location if you need to be in both Newark and Wilmington.
