Near several grocery stores and freeway access to the 55 and 405. This home is a private space, gated all around, in the back of another home on the same property. We are 1 mile from Newport Beach Peninsula, 12 miles from Disneyland, 3 miles from Huntington Beach, and 3.5 miles from the OC Fairgrounds.
