A bonfire pit and propane gas grill-for your use (at your own risk) Centrally located to so much in Northern Michigan. We have WIFI! And a new water heater and water tank.

This is the first floor of a two story building with renters in the upstairs. There is a dog on Property. The washer and dryer are located in the basement and free to use.
