great place to stay on the lake. very spacious with many places to sleep. loved everything about the place on my visit. would stay here again!

Amber's place was awesome for our family getaway. Lots of weed but kids were able to catch some pan fish off dock. Had bonfire. Locals (bait shop) friendly. House decor and everything went with a color scheme and matched making our stay feel high end/modern/clean. Had everything we needed (even birthday candles which we didn't use/need, but bonus points for the thoughtfulness because I've forgotten candles once or twice in the past!). Large yard.

We had a wonderful time! Kathleen was extremely helpful and quick at getting back with us. She had everything you needed to make you feel right at home. We had a great time on the pontoon and enjoying the great outdoor space here too. And pet friendly, our pups loved it!!

We had a great time. Very beautiful scenery on a peaceful lake. We enjoyed absolute relaxation and didn’t have much reason to leave.

Excellent stay and time spent with family. This served our purposes. The house had many extras including the use of a grill, a fully stocked kitchen, extra t-p & paper towels and clean bedding and towels. We enjoyed the view (on the non-foggy days), and wished that it wasn’t winter, so that we could have gone out on the canoes/kayaks. Luke and Giza’s place is a great location, and nice and comfy. We felt right at home and if the opportunity arose we’d stay here again!

Debra was wonderful to accommodate our needs to be able to check in and get to our Elk viewing in a timely fashion. House was very clean. The area was beautiful with lots of fresh snow.

A Dream Getaway at Britta's Lakefront Cabin! We had the most incredible stay at Britta’s cabin on the lake in the Upper Peninsula! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene setting and breathtaking views of the lake. The cabin itself is beautifully designed and spacious made it feel like a home away from home Britta was an exceptional host—she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Communication was seamless from the start, and she provided us with helpful recommendations. She clearly cares about her guests and has thought of every detail to make the experience unforgettable. If you're looking for a relaxing, picturesque retreat with a perfect balance of nature and comfort, this cabin is the place to be. We’re already planning our next visit and can't wait to return to Britta’s beautiful lakeside escape! Highly recommend!

The cottage was exactly what we expected, and more so. The view of the lake was just as spectacular in the morning as it was in the evenings!! Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! From the booking to anything we needed and Larry is an awesome host! The lake, the camp fire and the cabin, is all very nice and welcoming. Infinite stars from us! My family loved it! You can stay by the lake all day and hang out and you’ll never get bored. Creed (our four legged child), loved the place as well and he was happy as a clam the whole time. We couldn’t ask for a better lake house to go to and we are definitely coming back! Larry, thank you so much! You are truly and an amazing host!

We loved this rental… it was early season so the only thing we missed was the dock and kayaks for fishing were not available yet. We also weren’t able to have a fire as there weren’t any outdoor seating available. Again early season and totally understood. The view from the rental is amazing and pictures do not do it justice. They have a wonderful piece of heaven.

We had a great stay at the cabin. The location is gorgeous with views of the lake. The cabin has been nicely renovated and had everything we needed. Nadine was great at communicating and answering questions. Highly recommend.

Cara was very responsive and was quick to answer any questions we had. The home was clean and modern. Everything was very clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it to others.

Jessica is an amazing host. There were so many extras. We loved the kayaks and canoe that they were kind enough to let us use. Spent most of our day in the water. Very clear water. Kid friendly. A zillion stars at night and coffee with the pretty Sunrise. We were ages 3 to 64 and all had a blast. We never wanted to leave. Fast response to questions. Easy check in. Easy to find. Clean. Had everything you need to cook. Many fun places near to explore. We even fished for Salmon. We highly recommend and would love to come back. You will not be sorry if you stay. Thank you Thank you

Great stay with a beautiful view!

Spider Lake Cottage is a gem! Quiet ,peaceful and beautifully decorated. Nikki has truly thought of everything to make the guests' stay PERFECT! The kitchen is well stocked. The view of the lake through the windows is so pretty. Our Lab,Louis loved watching the squirrels and chipmunks in the trees and on the ground. There were also 2 ducks that made a few visits. We came during the early spring so we used the remote controlled fireplace while we read , played games and watched TV. We enjoyed cooking, drinking wine and turning on the twinkle lights at night. I LOVED my stay at Loon Lake Lodge. Andrea and Derek are super friendly and helpful, and the entire area is so beautiful and quiet. The pizza and ice cream sandwiches are a fun treat. I started every day with about an hour back and forth between the sauna and the lake, both absolutely perfect. There is a pretty good chance I'll be back next September!

Beautiful place. I didn't get to downs too much time there since I was working, but was clean, roomy and the perfect way to unwind at end of day! The only thing is the water must be straight from the well and smelled awful. I would difenately stay again 😛

John was one of the most friendly, communicative, flexible hosts I've ever experienced. He was thoroughly delightful, conscientious, and helpful. The cabin was charming and cozy.

This was the perfect spot for our girls weekend getaway. The view was gorgeous, and the cabin was immaculate. They did a great job with the renovations, and it was super cute. Steve and Jill's place is an absolute gem. What they offer is an authentic Northwoods experience. The lodge is a perfectly restored 1900s-era building with a magnificent bar overlooking Moccasin Lake. We stayed in the cabin, which was very private, comfy, and a perfect extension of the lodge. As for the lake, Moccasin Lake checks all the boxes. It is completely private, offers outstanding fishing, and, most importantly, provides complete serenity. Whether you are fishing, kayaking, or just sitting on the pier, the soundtrack will be provided by the call of the loons. On our final evening, while enjoying a campfire, the loons were joined by a fox calling for her kits, with great horned owls adding to the chorus. As hosts, Steve and Jill are among the best I've encountered at any Airbnb or VRBO. In a very short time, they will make you forget that you are guests and give you the sensation that you have been morphed into close friends or family who have been coming to the lake for years.
