Includes 1 parking space nearby the unit. *DISCLAIMER: - stairs involved to reach this unit - although full CR (toilet, shower and sink), it is a bit compact and not spacious

With own private CR, high speed wifi (255-300mbps), TV w/ Netflix and free parking. If you want a more peaceful visit to the beach, there is also a less populated area which is only 5 minutes walk via access path from the BNB. No environmental fees collected.

You will have your own studio unit, air-conditioning, TV, hot & cold shower, en-suite bathroom as well as WiFi & Netflix Owner lives on the premises separate from the guest’s room. A kettle for coffee is included in your room San Juan surfing is a 5 min, 7kms drive away. Book with me if you want to enjoy San Juan but avoid the crowd.
