Es handelt sich um ein einzigartiges holzverkleidetes Architektenhaus mit großer eigener Terrasse, zwei Schlafzimmern jeweils mit Kingsize Boxspringbett und separaten Bädern, einem Kinderzimmer, Sauna, Kamin und modernster Inneneinrichtung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt und direkt zum Wohlfühlen einlädt.

El apartamento está a sólo 8 minutos a pie de la estación de tren, de la universidad o de la plaza del mercado, muy céntrico, pero tranquilo, en una calle lateral. Vives completamente solo en el tejado del edificio, como en un ático. El ascensor baja al piso de abajo. Hay una lavandería compartida disponible.

Die Ferienwohnung "Kon-Tiki" ist für zwei Personen optimal geeignet. Durch die Schlafcouch sind Aufenthalte mit drei Personen möglich. Die Wohnung ist ca. 90 m vom Strand entfernt. Sie sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten an der Steilküste von Bansin. Ebenso fußläufig zu erreichen sind: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Restaurants, sowie die Promenade. Lassen Sie das Auto einfach stehen und genießen sie stressfrei die Umgebung.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
