Unfortunately, we would not host Jenny again nor recommend her to any other AirBnB hosts. We had two noise complaints get called in on Jenny and her guests. A neighbor complained that they were out until 3am causing a ruckus. After this first noise complaint we heard from another property management company in town, the Telluride Lodge HOA/Property Manager, the owner of Telluride Lodge 500, and apparently Telluride Code Enforcement was involved as well. A kind and informative message was sent to Jenny after the first complaint to which she responded "I understand, I'm sorry for any trouble and that won't happen again."

Well, it happened again two nights later, which left the neighboring guest very upset. We have yet to hear from Jenny regarding any of this. We had to request $500 in order to financially compensate the upset neighbors, but that request has yet to be accepted. Short term rental are heavily scrutinized for this exact reason. They did leave the house clean.
