We had a group of 9 women to feed, and a lot of picky people with maybe unrealistically high standards at times. Cesar was wonderful, both throughout the booking process to make sure things went smoothly and on site. He was incredibly professional, he went to great lengths to make sure the table was set up beautifully, and he was really lovely as a person.

Now let’s talk about the food! We went for the Mexican breakfast and the general consensus was that these were the best chilaquiles we had ever had. Most of us are Mexican so we have had our fair share of chilaquiles but these were truly special! The flavor was bright, fresh, and layered so you truly enjoyed every bite. We also got a great history of the dish before we started eating!

I cannot recommend Cesar enough. You won’t regret booking him!
