Lovely place! Convenient location, Perfect but only missing a can opener

Really wonderful place - proximity to the rec center cannot be beat. Literally the closest house!

The only concern I'd raise that I think vacasa could market better up front:
1. you have to pick up a packet in the neighboring town of gualala (10 minute drive) within 24 hours of arrival. I am not sure why this is, as many places I have stayed in sea ranch have the parking passes/rec passes ready upon arrival in the house.
2. If you have to adjust the dates, it is a real pain. I had to work with vacasa and airbnb in order to make a very simple change that would usually have been a single click.

The house offered a serene and comfortable atmosphere, ideal for a family getaway, with a lovely view of the ocean. It is well-equipped with amenities like a hot tub, grill, patio, and workspace. The house provided a cozy and relaxing ambiance. While the location offers privacy, it is worth noting that it is near hiking trails, which may lead to occasional encounters with friendly individuals, but they do not come too close to the house. Additionally, there are opportunities to stroll along the ocean and access the beach.

Beautiful studio with a great view of the ocean. You can hear the waves from inside if you have the windows or slider open! It’s lovely and we will return!
