The place was wonderful. Tastefully decorated, clean, well stocked with soap, paper products, cleaning supplies, kitchen tools. The beds were comfortable. Entire house was spacious. Julieann was an awesome host. Easy check in and check out. Host allowed us to check in early and check out late. Communication was excellent. She answered all our questions in a timely manner. Great price also. We made wonderful memories at the house. Would stay there again when next we in NOLA. Thank you Julieann!

Julieann's place was fabolous with great decor, very well maintained and we really appreciated that the house had little details like shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent and hot pockets for late night cravings! The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were clean, hot water at all times, no complaints from the neighbor and overall safe space and neighborhood to live in. We took Uber's everywhere except for when we walked to St Roch Market for some yummy Oysters. Julieann is a great host, she is EXTREMELY responsive and always checked in on us. I can't recommend this place enough. If you see the place available, go ahead and book it. You will not be disappointed!

This place is better than we could have hoped for. While the location is not ideal for walking it is just a short uber from the French Quarter, Bywater restaurants, Frenchman Street and many other sites. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting New Orleans. There is also a beautiful cemetery at the end of the block for anyone wanting to see one without paying for a tour. The host Julieann is the best too. She responded quickly to all our questions and made check in a breeze.

We had a great stay at Julieann's - clean, spacious and excellent location. Easy check-in and check-out, very accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here.
