We stayed at Nick's place for a few weeks. The location is a big plus, with central park a few steps away and subway conveniently close. Good grocery stores within walking distance. 3 bedroom layout is useful if you're travelling as a family/bigger group. Good TV and fast Internet. The flat is a bit dark (windows overlook a small patio and opposite walls). We saw a few roaches in the bathroom, and there are rats outside by the dumpster, but well, that's unfortunately quite common in New York. Any issues we raised were addressed promptly. Overall, if you are on a budget but need 3 bedrooms in Manhattan, it's a good option. Thank you!

Nick's apartment was clean, very quiet with great air conditioning and lots of hot water for our 5 adult showers. The apartment is located very close to Central Park and a five minute walk from the subway station. We were able to walk to some great restaurants, Whole Foods, coffee shops, wine stores, etc. For NYC, the pricing was very reasonable. We attended both the US Open and a concert at the Metlife Stadium in New Jersey and it was an hour transit ride to both as well as the JFK airport. We would stay here again, though there are many other neighbourhoods to explore in NYC.

Great location, Andrei is very helpful. everything you need is in the apartment. Clean, quiet. I would stay there again.

We are a family of six and really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Nick and Andre were helpful with some small issues the first couple of days. Good location in the upper west corner of Central Park with nice restaurants, subway and supermarket walking distance.
