Clint and Jess are small-town Okies who fell in love with Mooney’s through music, sunsets, and community. After years of visiting, they now live in the apartment above and became the proud owners in 2025. They’re parents, grandparents, and lovers of live music and lake life. It’s their joy to share this special place on Grand Lake with guests who come to relax, connect, and enjoy the view.
