Cosy place with everything you need. Clean and easy check in and check out. Location is great easy public transport and walk in distance from very cool area ! Kerem is very responsive and friendly !

Nejat Bey çok ilgili bir insan öncelikle hiç soru sormama gerek kalmadan tüm süreçler tıkırında işledi. Daire muhit olarak gayet güzel konum zaten çok yakın her yere. Ev tertemiz geniş ferah, ev içinde her şey düşünülmüş konmuştu, ikramlar da koymuş sağ olsun. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim hem ev hem ev sahibinden yana 0 sıkıntı.

The apartment was wonderful. Everything was exactly as beautiful as the pictures. Tunç our host was very helpful, we had an issue with our sink and he fixed it within less than an hour. The neighborhood is extremely nice, everything is nearby; lots of local businesses around the apartment. Grocery store stay open late which was so helpful.

Üsküdar merkezinde, çarşıya, kordona, Marmaray ve vapur iskelesine oldukça yakın bir konumda bulunan bu dairede ailem ve ben tatilimiz süresince güzel zaman geçirdik. Ev oldukça temiz ve düzenliydi. Zamanından önce giriş yaptık, Burak Bey bu konuda yardımcı oldu bizlere :) Fotoğraflarda gördüğünüz evin birebir aynısında kalıyor olacaksınız. Anadolu Yakası’nda kalmak isterseniz, bu evi kesinlikle tavsiye ederim ediyorum.

L'appartamento è semplicemente perfetto, c'è tutto ciò che è descritto, tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno piacevole è presente nella casa, c'erano perfino il detersivo per il bucato e pastiglie per la lavastoviglie. È stato come essere a casa. Lo sceglierei di nuovo. Parlare con Anıl è sempre stato facile. Consigliatissimo 100%. Çok teşekkür ederim:)

Konaklamadan çok memnun oldum. Her şey fotoğraflardaki ve anlatıldığı gibiydi. Çok küçük ama kullanışlı bir daire. Dairenin her noktası temizdi. Her türlü detay düşünülmüştü ve gereken her şey vardı. Evdeki kütüphane benim için ayrıca güzel bir detaydı. Binada, komşularda gürültü ve ses yoktu. Bu da benim için çok artı bir özellikti. Dışarıdan apartmana girişte biraz koku vardı ama Batuhan bey bununla gemen ilgileneceğini söyledi. Batuhan bey, ilk andan son ana kadar ilgili ve yardımcı bir evsahibi oldu. Fiyat/Hizmet açısından tam anlamıyla uygun bir daire olduğunu söyleyebilirim. İstanbul'a geldiğim zamanlarda yine konaklamayı düşüneceğim dairelereden biri olacaktır.

Our stay in Uskudar was so peaceful! We were centrally located and enjoyed the atmosphere of the Anatolian side. Serra even went above and beyond and let me keep my bags in the flat an extra few hours while I went on a walking tour the afternoon before my flight. Would recommend to everyone!

Апартаментът беше просто невероятен! От момента, в който прекрачихме прага, бяхме впечатлени от чистотата и модерния интериор. Всичко беше подредено с вкус и внимание към детайла. Леглото беше изключително удобно, а кухнята беше оборудвана с всичко необходимо за приготвяне на вкусни ястия. Разположението също беше перфектно - близо до всички основни забележителности и удобства. Гостоприемството на домакините беше на високо ниво, те бяха много любезни и отзивчиви. Определено препоръчвам този апартамент на всеки, който търси комфорт и уют по време на престоя си!"

Harika bir konumda, konforlu ve temiz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Evde belirtilen tüm olanaklar eksiksizdi ve her şey son derece düzenliydi. Lokasyon, şehri keşfetmek için çok avantajlıydı ve bu da geçirdiğimiz zamanı daha keyifli hale getirdi. Ev sahibinin sağladığı detaylı bilgiler ve özenli ev sahipliği sayesinde sorunsuz ve rahat bir konaklama oldu. İstanbul’da tekrar konaklama planımız olursa kesinlikle yeniden tercih ederiz. Teşekkürler!

Bartu ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er antwortet schnell und ist immer für seine Gäste da. Die Wohnung war sehr zentral gelegen, mitten im Herzen von Beşiktaş. Die Lage war großartig. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung!

Ev sahibi erol bey sağolsun iletişim konusunda çok hızlı dönüşler sağladı ve her derdimizde bize yardımcı oldu. Ev çok nezih ve güzel bir muhitteydi. Avm, restoran, market, eczane, taksi durağı ve toplu taşımalara yürüme mesafesindeydi. Yakın zamanda tekrar görüşmek üzere çok teşekkürler ☺️

Celal's apartment was very clean with all basic amenities and services. They offered us to and fro cab service for airport. They were present to receive us. also helped us carry our bags to the apartment and also while leaving the apartment. They were responsive and brought us another lighter for the stove when asked for. They also treated us with Turkish delights and a nice souvenir. They were very friendly and showed affection to our 8 months old baby. The apartment's location is also good and tram/bus stops are nearby. Just keep in mind that Istanbul is a bit hilly so walking uphill for the tram stop with a baby can be tricky. Overall a very good experience. P.S. The location which is shown in the app and the actual location of the apartment is a bit different, although they escort you to the actual location themselves. But in the description of this listing they don't mention that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift. So, people with baby or old age can have problem.

Great stay and great property. Pinar and Pilgrim were extremely easy to communicate with and made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Appartement très agréable avec une vue somptueuse sur le Bosphore À proximité du tram et du grand bazar L’entrée dans le hall de l’immeuble fait un peu « peur » mais une fois chez Ferat on est comme dans un cocon Quartier assez calme malgré l’animation d’Istanbul

it was a wonderful trip! the best accommodation in the best location! the terrace had a view of the sea, a 5-minute walk to a large shopping center. There is a wonderful cafe with breakfasts nearby. the apartment was warm, comfortable, quiet. the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were large, appliances and dishes - everything you need for a comfortable stay. 300 meters away - Migros and other stores. Simay was a very attentive and kind hostess, she gave us advice, quickly responded to requests, and really helped us out when we forgot our keys) we really want to return to this wonderful house again!

Wir waren für eine Woche Gäste in dieser außergewöhnlichen Wohnung und haben uns dort sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Galata Turm und bietet fantastische Ausblicke über die Stadt, sowohl tagsüber als auch Nachts. Ein großes Danke an Neriman für die Taxi Arrangements bei unserer An- und Abreise, sowie die Restauranttipps! Wichtig zu wissen: die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock eines historischen Hauses. Es gibt dort keinen Aufzug, was für uns kein Problem war. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

It was a nicely put up space that worked well for us. Felt like home away from home. Very convenient as there were stores to get our basic grocery as well well coffee shops around. The Galata Tower and tram station are also at a walkable distance. The only drawback for us was that one of the WC doors wouldn't latch up and one of the bedrooms did not have a latch from inside but would close only from the outside. These are suggestions so that the owner could take notice and take this immaculate and homely space a notch higher. Overall, we loved the small details and rustic charm of the place. Thank you for hosting us.

I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. Every detail has been meticulously considered: a spacious and comfortable living area, the pleasure of a home cinema experience on a large screen, a bright and quiet neighborhood… Even the bed, pillows, and dryer have been carefully chosen with comfort in mind. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!
