Beautiful glamping experience! Watching the sun set behind the mountain while strolling the beach was just the peace I needed.

perfect for a weekend getaway! we loved how close it was to the private beach area. the home had all amenities that we needed. Parker was super responsive and friendly with any and everything we needed. He had our paddle boards waiting by the cabana for us in the morning. all in all, it was the perfect place and we will definitely be back soon!

Quite possibly the best place I've ever stayed at! Such a beautiful and peaceful desert! Tom and Teresa are such thoughtful hosts, such nice, sweet, genuine people! There is so much to see and do here, from exploring the Wind Caves at Catacomb Rock, fossil hunting, kayaking on the Colorado River, and so much more. Their pet tortoise, Kobae, is awesome; I even got to watch them feed a wild ringtail at night. The only caveat is that you will need a decent SUV, pickup truck, or dune buggy to traverse the jagged desert cliffs on the way to the lodge. But fortunately, Moab has places where you can rent vehicles like Jeeps and dune buggies for a few days, and it's pretty much a straight shot to the lodge, and Tom gives great, detailed directions. They have really great Wifi despite the remote area, and they also provide walkie-talkies when you go hiking in case you get lost or require rescuing. I look forward to making more trips here. This Airbnb exceeded all expectations! Brad's prompt and helpful responses before arrival made everything effortless. The house was impeccably clean and well-kept, with clear instructions and labels throughout. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, ensuring everyone woke up refreshed. As described, this humble abode was something else! Description to find the location made it simple to access, super close proximity to local restaurants and of course national parks. Pretty cool experience to be that close to the river bank, pellet stove was great as weather cooled down overnight and the views are incredible. Highly recommend for someone looking for an experience and not just a standard hotel. Overall excellent stay and highly recommended!

We took a weekend getaway to Travis’s place out in Levan and it’s was peaceful, isolated, calming, and cute. We loved the tiny time vibe and outside patio and fire pit. You are steps away from the Yuba lake and the water feels great! The bed was comfortable and the bedding was comfy and cute. There isn’t any AC, but Travis has an evaporative cooler that works good (recommend getting ice to cool it down more). It was a great peaceful place and I’d definitely come back again soon for more days and rent some jet ski’s or paddle boards.

I wish the air stream had some sort of curtains so nearby people couldn’t look in, but the water was gorgeous and it was really nice to take a break from setting up a tent.

Stacy was a friendly and responsive host. The condo was great for our family of 6 on a ski trip to Snowbasin.

Absolutely great! We used this place for our honeymoon and we loved it! We had a few others on our trip and wished we would have booked this one out all week. Planning on coming back.

Really relaxing spot!

Steven was an amazing host. I booked his condo for my biz partner that was coming in from out of the country for a month. Communication was great and he was very accommodating in working with us with her shifting travel schedule. He even arranged an early check in for her and was available to answer any questions during check in and made sure everything went smoothly. The condo was very clean and is updated with nice furnishings, comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen with everything that you would need to cook. It is very safe, neighbors are friendly and it has a gated entrance/exit. The hot tub was not available due to the water restrictions in the area. We rented in the spring so the community hot tub and swimming pool were not open until the Memorial Day weekend. Great location, close to hiking/walking trails, ski resorts and right next to the lake. It accommodates all the seasons. In-Joy your stay. The only con to this place is the road noise off the back patio.

Karily was by far, hands-down, the best host I've ever experienced on airbnb. Super responsive, helpful, and friendly. Very helpful, went above & beyond to answer questions & work with our specific needs/requests, and just overall very kind. Appreciated the beauty of the area and the many outdoor things to do. I stayed for several weeks at the end of Summer/beginning of Fall. It was a great place to stay, and I would surely stay again. Thank you for a great place to stay!

We had a wedding at Snowbasin and this was the perfect place for our group to stay (15 minutes up to the resort driving). The space is clean and cute and there's a lot to do in the area outdoors (including a little hiking trail that starts a few houses down by the lake). I recommend this spot for any reason if you're visiting Utah!

Cave lakes canyon is a beautiful setting with fantastic accommodation . We based ourselves here for 3 days and chose it because of its uniqueness and location. Cave lakes canyon is a perfect base to branch out to see the natural wonders surrounding it. We did a day trip to Bryce Canyon and a day of horse riding within the canyon then ATVs to peek a boo slot canyon and the great chamber. The hosts are fantastic and their passion for the area and what they have built is clear to see. My wife and I can’t wait to return and our only regret was the trip was short. Cannot recommend cave lake canyon and the hosts highly enough. A special shout out to Kelsey and the ROAM team who were great and very helpful in ensuring we got the most from our trip. Thank you

This was our first trip with our 4 year-old and 5-month-old, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Our oldest found adventure everywhere with so many fun and safe spots to explore. The location is convenient, just a short drive from the city, so it was easy to grab anything we forgot. The setting was peaceful and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

This place was so beautiful! We were traveling with 2 young grandkids and we still found plenty of space and privacy. The bathroom and shower across the road was warm and spacious. It snowed during the night we stayed and nothing could be prettier. This tent stay was our first and I recommend the experience.

Very cute set up, we enjoyed the scenery from the big window and the easy access to the beach. Would definitely go back again! highly recommend.

My family had a great stay at this location. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were upgraded to a Tiny House from our original booking. The view was incredible and because of the snowy, cold weather - we had the whole campground to ourselves. We walked the beach, watched the pigs up the hill eat breakfast, and listened/watched the storms roll past. It was a perfect 2 nights of peace, quiet, and cuddles. The main entrance was muddy due to some unusual recent rain, but the owners were incredibly helpful and responsive when we needed a little assistance on that end. We would absolutely stay again if we ever find ourselves in the area in the future - and have already recommended the site to local friends for a summer visit!

This stay in Virgin, Utah was absolutely unforgettable! The home was full of charm and thoughtful touches that made us feel instantly welcome! From the cozy bathrobes to the warm letter from our host with tips on the best local hiking trails and amazing spots to eat. The peaceful atmosphere offered exactly the kind of recharge we needed, and the setting was straight out of a dream. Waking up to the mountains right in the backyard, with direct access to nature just steps from the house, was nothing short of magical. Thank you for being one of the best hosts we've ever had! Your attention to detail and warmth truly made this experience special!

The tent was an amazing. Perfect blend between camping and having amenities. The space was simple but homey and there was enough space for my kids to run around and play. Would recommend!
