Great stay, just outside the “busier” part of town. Right off the highway, but peaceful and quiet once inside. Plenty of parking in garage. Clean surfaces, clean smelling linens, comfortable seating, working fridge and washer dryer. No complaints.

We had a great stay. Perfect place for a large family, felt like a home away from home.

Communication was top notch and the host went above and beyond to remedy any issues. Location is great and super convenient. The couch was heavily stained, as was the comforter on the master bed. Gary was quick to remedy the latter. Make sure you’re current on your tetanus before getting in the hot tub. (Only mostly kidding) The speakers have completely rusted out and are flaking into the water. Being so close to the common area is both a blessing and a curse. It’s great when you want to use them, not so great when you’re seeking a quiet retreat. The party was raging on long after the 10PM quiet time. Overall, this is a decent place and the host is fantastic to work with.

Matt’s place is spacious and clean, master bathroom is huge. The house is well stocked with laundry detergent pods, dishwasher pods and other essentials making the stay just like home. WiFi speed is fast, tested it and was above 400 mps. We really enjoyed the connivence of having a large garage. Matt is a great host, easy to communicate and quick to respond messages. We love the stay and definitely will choose Matt’s place again when visiting Moab in the future.

Wonderful place to stay. Open and spacious. Easy walking distance to downtown Moab including restaurants and activities. Pool available. Great outdoor tables for eating and relaxing. Large garage to hold mountain bikes. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Kristen's townhome was a great base for our mountain biking trip. The garage with bike rack was great for storing the bikes at the end of each day. The property was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. It's close enough to town, about a 5 minute drive to the south end of restaurants. The views are great and the courtyard patio is the perfect spot to chill in the shade.

Home is perfect for 3 families and had ample space for every one. Perfect home base for activities in and around Moab. Host was very responsive.

The location is excellent, not noisy, no traffic, noise, neighbors and surrounding area is very peaceful. Would definitely go back.

Stayed a little over two weeks. Had an amazing time. Hoping to come back next year! As of right now (mid March, 2025), the pictures don't do the home and view justice. The townhome is on the east side of SLC and faces West. You have about 150 to 170 degree view of the mountains across SLC. Amazing stay, especially for the price.

Great location and lots of space to hangout. Host was very friendly and helpful. Please note, If you are sleeping in the master bedroom just know that it is very loud during the night with lots of trucks coming to the industrial site directly behind the townhouse. Other than that it was a beautiful place.

Evan’s place was excellent. The property is peaceful, safe and secure. The standards within the property are very good and reflected in the photos. Everything spotless, plenty of everything including linen, bedding, towels, kitchen utensils as well as additional kit like coffee grinder, coffee maker etc. Walkable to downtown and various bars and restaurants. Would recommend Arlos nearby but mind the hill! Evan got in touch without being intrusive and responded very quickly. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean, well maintained and comfortable. The complex was new, quiet and well maintained. Pool and jacuzzi were enjoyed. Lots of dining options within a few minutes. I would stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful townhouse! This rental is spotless and has everything anyone would need for a stay in Cedar City. The location is close to so many National parks and other hiking. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

This place was perfect. We have a lot of kids so the condo was perfect with all the beds and the rec center was legit!!! Best amenities we’ve ever had. Adam was very responsive with any questions as well. The price was very fair. We’ll definitely be going back. Thanks waterdance, and thanks Adam!!!!

Perfect! Just what we needed for our stay in Cedar City. Great house. Great location.

Great central location for access to Zion, Snow Canyon, and Bryce Canyon. We traveled with our toddler and loved the pool, Sienna Hills playground across the Main Street, and Thunder Junction train. The space was perfect for a family and we appreciated the extra amenities - side rails for the beds was great! We found everything to be very clean and comfortable!

This was our second stay at Michelle’s place for our annual ski trip. Beautiful place and great location for hitting all of the local ski resorts. Michelle is very responsive and her place is extremely cozy and wonderful to come back to after a long day on the slopes. Definitely plan on staying there again in the future.

Great stay overall. The home is super modern and is perfect for families / groups of 2-5. Check in was easy and amenities were great. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely place, well stocked. Only minor little thing is the AC sounds super loud on the lower level. It works great, though, and we were all very comfortable. Everything else was exactly as described. Close to local restaurants and recreation, and convenient to Zion. There were four of us staying here andvwe all agreed we'd stay there again.

Perfect base camp for hiking all around Moab.
