Hummingbird House is a beautiful/quaint 2 br home. Accommodations include, parking, WiFi & kitchen. Each Bedroom has a separate entrance (via the outside stairs) both with a Queen Bed, bathroom, air conditioning, mini-refrigerator/microwave, bed linens and towels. A unique feature is the private rooftop deck that is great for sunning & star gazing. Guests can enjoy snorkeling nearby, take a swim at Chepas Beach or enjoy a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride into town. Ferry pick up is available upon request.

This apartment is right in the center of town but at the same time its reasonably quiet to have a restful night, the place is as close as it can be to all the major dive schools on the island, BICD, Capt Morgan's and paradise divers are across the street, UDC, Underwater vision are 7 min walk. The apartment 4 minute walk from the ferry. The major bars are at walking distance, the supermarket is next door and the closest beach is 5 minute walk. The Beach Casita is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a rustic, self-contained oceanfront retreat with views of the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained oceanfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool.
