Brand new Cabin! Our Southern Country Cabin is finally ready after 2 years in the making. My husband has worked diligently along with our youngest son and nephew to build this spacious little cabin for your delight. It is located equally between Garner State Park and Lost Maples State Park. It is secluded but only 2 miles outside of Utopia. You will enjoy beautiful night skies, delightful sunrises and quiet sunsets in the beautiful hill country of Texas.... The view alone is worth every dollar!

Relax with the whole family, as a couple, or with friends at this two bedroom, two bathroom condo just minutes from the Frio River and Garner State Park. The grounds boast a large resort style pool, an outdoor kitchen area, several grills, a playground for the kids, volleyball and horseshoes to keep everyone entertained. Inside, updated furnishings and decor ensure this will be your home away from home. Beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed from the balcony's panoramic view of the hill country.

Popie’s Place

Sitting on the banks of the Sabinal River just outside the quaint town of Utopia, Popie’s Place is a great spot for your next hill country adventure! This unique home sits up high on stilts giving you a great view of the huge bald cypress trees that line the river. In addition to the 2 bedroom/2 bath house, there’s and additional bunkhouse at the the ground level! Fully furnished with Directv in the living room and every bedroom! Halfway between popular Garner and Lost Maples State Parks!

Located 16 miles N. of Uvalde, bumpy entrance road is 1.2 miles N. of Chalk Bluff. Park. The cabin is 1/4 mile, walking distance to the clear, beautiful Nueces River.

Former clinic of Dr. Hershall LaForge MD, LaForge on Getty offers an updated home in the Old Town area of Uvalde with two bedrooms/2 baths and many amenities all within walking distance of downtown shopping, the Briscoe-Garner Museum, and the Uvalde Grand Opera House. Further adventures await within a few miles at the Frio and Nueces Rivers for hiking, tubing, and kayaking. Cooks Slough Nature Park is a popular spot for bird watching and hiking and is just south of the city limits.

PJ's Hideaway

This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Leakey, Concan, and Frio River swimming holes are all within 10 minutes. In the evening, roast marshmallows in the fire pit and marvel at the starlit sky.

Relaxing Cabin on the Sabinal River

The Cabin is an acre located right on the beautiful Sabinal River with access to 600 feet of riverbank and easy walk into town. Architect designed, the cabin has high ceilings and lots of glass to bring the outdoors in. Relax in the hammock underneath gigantic cypress trees. Enjoy the sunset while the deer come through the yard and fireflies dance. We have two bedrooms on the ground level with a small loft (single bed) above the bedrooms.
