Brand new Cabin! Our Southern Country Cabin is finally ready after 2 years in the making. My husband has worked diligently along with our youngest son and nephew to build this spacious little cabin for your delight. It is located equally between Garner State Park and Lost Maples State Park. It is secluded but only 2 miles outside of Utopia. You will enjoy beautiful night skies, delightful sunrises and quiet sunsets in the beautiful hill country of Texas.... The view alone is worth every dollar!

Escape to our secluded cabin on our 6,000-acre ranch in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, guests can enjoy access to three private lakes (bring your own kayak/paddleboard) and miles of rugged ranch trails, perfect for hiking and riding. Our property offers a true backcountry experience, so please know that while our trails are maintained, guests should expect natural terrain and a more rugged experience than what you would experience at a state park.

Guest are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation. A fully furnished 3/2 River House. Master bedroom has king size bed, the two other bedrooms have queen size bed, comfortable for sleeping six people the spacious living room is furnished with couch set as well with two club chairs with Ottomans. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is fully equipped, theirs a washer and dryers also available for your convenience, guest can enjoy an afternoon relaxation on the 1700sf deck or floating the river.

A quiet family friendly getaway perfect to unwind, relax, bird watch and disconnect from everyday life. Wi-fi is not available. Sleeps up to six people. Bottom level has a full size bed, full bath, fully stocked kitchen,stove, full size refrigerator, coffee bar, screened in porch. One bathroom inside and half bath outside. Located 16 miles N. of Uvalde, bumpy entrance road is 1.2 miles N. of Chalk Bluff. Park. The cabin is 1/4 mile, walking distance to the clear, beautiful Nueces River.

Join us at our river front get away. After seeing the view what else do you need to know? Enjoy wildlife views from the porch, dipping or paddling in the Nueces River right out your back door. Room for everyone with separate suite right across the patio. Room for introverts to take a break, and porch and deck for together time. This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

Relax in the cabin with a fully-stocked kitchen or cool off in the Frio River with a 3-minute drive to the Garner main entrance. Leakey, Concan, and Frio River swimming holes are all within 10 minutes. In the evening, roast marshmallows in the fire pit and marvel at the starlit sky.
