We enjoyed the beautiful hot weather, a fabulous dock with tables and chairs and a beautiful view of the ocean. While we had loads of kayaks to choose from, it was a too windy to utilize them. Overall the enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for 11 nights at Wendy's beautiful home. We had everything we needed for our entire stay. The area is very quiet and peaceful. It was so lovely walking up on the water and enjoying breakfast outside. Extra touches like having bikes and kayaks to use were also sooo nice! Wendy was very helpful with local spots to check out as well. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful home on canal that opens up to gulf. The home had everything that was described and was comfortable with AC. Cannot think of anything we needed that was not there. Terrific views from balcony. Saw lots of wildlife including manatees and the iguanas were fun to watch. There was a double and a single kayak to use as well as bikes to get around as the traffic was busy. There are close neighbors next door but they were quiet. If you want a place to relax, this fits the bill.

I'm not sure where to begin, when we walked into the home we couldn't believe our eyes, It was such a large area with different sections in the home but all connected at the same time. everybody had their own room and a beautiful living room and then a sitting room enough bathrooms for everybody. The views on the terraces that come off the bedrooms and the dining room are absolutely gorgeous. We actually saw dolphin just passed the gate in the Bayside jumping and playing in late afternoon. We were sitting in the chairs out front and deer came up to us and licked our fingers 🩷 I don't think I'll ever stay in another place and the keys! when I tell you this place is well stocked I truly mean it is well stocked. some guests leave fresh food for you to consume and drink, The cupboards are stocked, You could literally get lost walking from the left side of the house to the right. It's big, beautiful, comfortable, amazing! You get what you pay for 100%. Stephanie is the best host we've ever

We loved staying at this home in Marathon. My family of 5 (three young kids; 9, 6 & 1) plus 4 other adults all stayed here comfortably and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We all felt right at home! The home was spotless and kept very clean. The location was great and we LOVED the backyard with everything it offered. The kids especially loved the yard. There are numerous marinas right by the home, which made renting a boat very convenient. Highly recommend doing so! We loved having the extra amenities like the kayak and paddle boards as well! Whenever I needed to get in touch with the host Carmen, she was very communicative and responded right away. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! Thank you again!

We loved our stay! The house was super clean and the back patio was beautiful. We loved the back canal area and saw lots of very cool wildlife and enjoyed fishing right there. Having the kayaks to use was also great. Beds were very comfy and the rooms were spacious. The house had everything we needed. We loved the key colony area. The cabana club was a great space and the house is in walking distance to Sunset Beach, which was beautiful. The whole area is super close to fun things to do and great restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

Colleen’s place looks exactly like the picture. It’s in such a quiet and lovely neighborhood. We would start the day with having breakfast in the backyard right by the canal and enjoying the breeze. Then we took a little stroll along the canal to see the manatees which emerge right by the dock! In the afternoon, it was so fun to take the kayak out to paddle along the canal all the way to the lake and across under the bridge watching all sorts of birds flying above head. At dawn, we would take a nice walk around the neighborhood and watch the sunset at the Sunset Park. Not to mention the Island Fish Co. near by has the best food and fried Key Lime pie and the Somberero beach within 15 mins drive is the most beautiful beach in the Keys. We absolutely enjoyed our stay!

Alfonso is a very responsive host who provided clear details, local recommendations (multiple of which we used), and provided a place in a great location. Neighbors are friendly. Place was clean. Perfect for our family with a 14 and 6 year old.

Overall we had a great vacation! Talking to other places on the street we way over paid for the neighborhood but to have a good vacation I don't regret it. The hot tub only worked sometimes and some of the deck boards are weak. Overall there was plenty of space for the 5 of us and we really enjoyed our vacation!
