the stay was great. the house looks exactly same as the pictures provided. the care taker was very helpful as we have reached late he has offered to help getting dinner for us. if you are planning for Gavi, then the best place to stay is kuttikanam than thekkady as there are many beautiful private places to visit. New York Heights one of the best and reasonable stay for the location. it's highly recommended

Very good stay. Mr.Joji was very responsive and helped us with care taker number and check was smooth and clear. Good rooms with excellent view. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful one-night stay with family at this property! The place is new, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The large room, spacious hall, balcony, and bathrooms made our stay extra comfortable and relaxing. Its location is perfect—right near Kuttikanam town and conveniently situated on the main road. Though it was a short stay, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

It was a nice experience staying here

The stay was perfect and clean. The caretaker is such an amazing person. he even took us in his own autorickshaw to the nearby restaurants and shops since it was raining. The place is not too long from a local area so we can easily walk from the junction and not too close so there is no traffic. overall it's an amazing place.
