Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Er beantwortete alle unsere Fragen innerhalb sehr kurzer Zeit - auch am späteren Abend. Das Ein- und Auschecken funktionierte problemlos (wir durften sogar schon vorzeitig vormittags in die Wohnung rein). Die Anbindung per Bus und Metro ist sehr gut.

The location of the apartment is great with the Ledru-Rollin metro station at the end of the road and Bastille just 5 minutes walk, between these stations all of Paris is at your reach. The local area has lots of restaurants and takeaways as well as supermarkets. The hosts would typically respond within a few minutes, on even trivial questions. The apartment building itself has 2 key coded doors before a third accessed via a lockbox, endearing a good feeling of security. Although we did not use the cooking facilities, they were as described. In summary, if you are looking for a well placed, value for money apartment with responsive hosts, this is the Paris option for you.

We stayed at Corrine’s place for the Paris Marathon it was perfectly placed for this and for the Moulin Rouge which was also on our list for this trip. It was great to have easy metro access to the sights but also to be able to be able to return to the property and have lots of lovely restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. Another highlight of the trip was le parcrun in the Bois de Boulogne, again within easy metro reach of the property.

Eine hübsche kleine Wohnung mit gute Metro-Anbindung. Leider grenzen Gegenden an, die man nachts besser nicht allein aufsuchen sollten die auch nicht wirklich hübsch sind. Wir hatten aber keine Probleme damit. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles was man braucht und das Gastgeber-Team ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir bekamen auf jede Frage sofort Antwort und zusätzlich auch ein paar schöne Tipps. Am Silvesterabend fanden wir ein Tablett mit Blumenarrangement, Champagner, Gläsern und Champomy (für Kinder) in der Wohnung vor. Das war sehr süß. Direkt im im Gebäude ist ein LIDL was sehr praktisch war. Den wohnungseigenen Stellplatz in einer abgeschlossenen Parkgarage, weiß jeder zu schätzen, der schon einmal mit dem Auto in PAris war und dort einen Parkplatz gesucht hat. Von unserer Seite bekommt diese Wohnung eine positive Empfehlung.

All around excellent experience. Thought has obviously been given to what renters would want. One fundamental thing you don't always get at these rentals, a comfortable bed. Everything you could want in a kitchen. Washer and drying racks. Handy book of instructions. Good elevator. TV is mostly English-language news channels unless you speak French. Neighborhood is pleasant and safe enough, although definitely not American suburbia -- the streets are narrow and stores and apartments are built right up to the sidewalk. Reasonably quiet, though, since it is off the main street. Three good restaurants within a hundred feet! -- and many more in the neighborhood. Market and bakeries close by. Easy walking distance to Metro, Marais, many sites and museums. Be sure to have your phone turned on and ready for use in a foreign country when you arrive, as that will be the best way to make initial contact with Nacer.

Appartement très agréable et très propres, qui se trouve juste à côté du rer. Accès rapide pour paris. Un centre commercial pas très loin pour faire du shopping.

Logement très propre et calme, Joel et sa femme nous ont accueilli aimablement malgré notre retard et nous ont fait visiter la maison.

We had a great stay at Emilie & Nicolas house. They gave easy instructions for getting into the property and tips about local amenities prior to staying. The home is in a lovely area with bakeries & shops and a train station nearby which got you quickly into the centre of Paris. Having the secure parking space is also a great addition. The home felt welcoming and having 3 single beds in one room for our 3 children was great. We would definitely recommend and stay again

I and my family had a memorable stay. From the beginning of the reservation made. We had a contact from Tarik about our arrival. He provided flexibility check in time, the day of we arrived. He waited us at the street to extend the warm welcome. The impressive things are about the welcome fruit, bread, milk and juice for next day morning due to we arrived on Sunday late. The house is exactly the same as picture display. Sufficient and spacious bedrooms, as well as the impeccable game room for child. Basically the house has everything you need. Forgot to mention the location where is very closed to metro in both stations with 5-7mins walk. Surrounding area is quite and safe. On th departure day, we scheduled a time to meet and run smoothly. Overall the price we paid that it is worth and recommend for any family too.

Comfortable stay, house was in great condition with good amenities in a quiet neighbourhood within easy reach of the shops, train station, Disneyland and various other local attractions. The hosts swiftly responded to queries in advance and issued good instructions in advance of arrival & departure. Would happily recommend.

A really beatiful house, very large, perfect for 10 people or more. we were 3 families and there was enough space for everyone. All the home appliances are top level, and the beatiful living room is the heart of the house. unfortunately, because of the weather, we haven't used the garden but it is a great plus in summer time. Near train station (10') and many supermarkets. Absolutely raccomanded

Séjour parfait du début à la fin. L’hôte a été très accueillant, proactif et disponible, ce qui a grandement facilité notre arrivée et notre séjour. Le logement correspond exactement aux photos : propre, bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. La localisation est idéale, et l’hôte s’est montré flexible et arrangeant à chaque étape. Je recommande vivement ce logement et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir. Merci encore pour tout !

We had the perfect stay for our family get away. Photos do not do this place justice, it is modern, specious and peaceful hideaway in a lovely little village. We especially enjoyed our morning trip to the local bakery each day for our freshly baked bread and to choose from the selection of cakes. It was ideal for our trip to Disneyland Paris as it was an easy 15 minute drive away and we loved the themed rooms, our daughter especially enjoyed the selection of soft toys around the place. Sabine was a brilliant host, she greeted us on arrival and gave us tips for the local area. We highly recommend this place and would love to return for another stay soon!

The apartment was great, beautiful views of the Eiffel tower and the surrounding areas. Located between Colonial Fabien and Belleville metro stations, a short walk to both. All amenities were as listed, the mechanical shutters on the windows came in use to keep the apartment from gettin too warm and also doubled up as great black curtains. The apartment building itself is very secure. definitely worth booking a stay here!

L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité immédiate des commerces, ce qui est vraiment pratique. Malgré la présence du RER à proximité, le logement est calme et j’ai très bien dormi. Tout était propre, bien aménagé et confortable. Un vrai petit cocon parfait pour se reposer. Je recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

We had a warm welcome by Emmanuel who explained us very well all we needed to know. Our host was very friendly and flexible. The appartment was ideally located close to the metro that quickly brings you to the centre of Paris. Bakeries and shops are just around the corner at walking distance. Inside the cosy appartment everything was available for a fantastic stay. Whether you are a family of 5 (such as ours) or a couple I would highly recommend staying here. We very much appreciated the flexibility and responsiveness of our hosts. A big thank you to Nathalie and Emmanuel!
