John's place was perfect for the 9 of us, and more (15) when we got the family together for a meal and evening sharing stories at John's wonderfully equipped and beautifully finished place. Location is central enough to never be more than 10 minutes from key locations, and had ample parking. Great host, really friendly, would thoroughly recommend and consider when we return to Sudbury.

Great spot on the river to spend time with friends and family. Easy water access and lots of scenery. The cottage itself was spacious and clean and had all the amenities you’d have at home. The fishing on the river and the joining lakes was very good. I’d definitely come back for another stay at this place.

The home was exactly home it was described. Clean and inviting. It is located on a busy enough street, not the best for a light sleeper. Overall great trip!

This place was perfect for a little family reunion. 5 bedrooms was great for everyone to have some privacy. Convenient location to everything in town.

We had a rest with children in this wonderful place. Here so much care and comfort has been invested by the hosts. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail so that your rest will be great. Clean very comfortable. Incredible view from the window, great pleasure to watch the sunrise with such a view, drink coffee and enjoy the time spent in this wonderful place!

Beautiful and picturesque location. The cottages were clean and well stocked. We were a large group and all of us had a lot of fun doing activities. We did kayaking, canoeing, fishing and outdoor games. We used the fire pit every night during our stay. Matt and Beth is very responsive and accommodating. We had a fantastic time and will be back next year.

Very comfortable cottage, much bigger than expected. The property is amazing - it is on a big rock up above the bay with amazing views. Water was nice for swimming, lots of loons calling at night which I love. Kitchen, washroom, bedrooms and sitting room are are excellent. Nice and clean!

Mel was a very nice host. I communicateed with Mel over the chat and met Todd, her husband and their son in person. They both were gentlemen, helped us load and unload tonnes of our stuff in the boat. The cottage/ cabin was way better than shown in the pictures. To whoever saying the beds were not comfortable; this is kind of a camping facility and it does not need to be comfortable, and TBH they were way better than some of the places I have stayed before. We didn't leave the property the whole time and enjoyed swimming in the lake, boating and bonfires during night. It was truely a memorable stay. Would definitely be back to stay here and meet Todd again. Thank you guys for the pleasant stay.
