There are numerous hiking trails and waterfalls. Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain offer skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer. There is exceptional mountain biking as close as 8 miles from the house. Zip lines and other attractions near by.

It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. Basement is being remodeled currently. Expect a 4 bed/3 bath house in the next couple of months.
