We had a lovely stay at Edoardo’s apartment. It was a 20 minute walk from the train station on arrival then we just used the bus service in to Venice daily which was only a 7 minute walk away. Easy to buy tickets from the tabacchi at the bus stop. All of this information was communicated clearly in information sent to us by Edoardo prior to our visit. We had everything we needed at the apartment.

Un logement extraordinaire avec vue sur un canal de Murano. Très calme le soir quand les touristes ont quitté l'île. L'accueil de Paolo a été très chaleureux. Grande réactivité. Si nous recommandons ce logement? Foncez, tête baissée..vous ne le regretterez pas!!

Arianna's apartment is one of the most beautiful in Italy. The apartment is in a very good location, in the center of the city, fully equipped and very clean. Arianna is a very nice young lady, if we had any problem, she helped to solve it immediately. We are very happy to have met you Arianna, see you next year!

We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is very nice and clean. The neighbourhood is very quiet,safe and nice. The public transport is very close and takes 25-30 minutes to get Venice centre. Wir durften 3 Nächte in dieser tollen Wohnung verbringen. Elisa stand uns bei Rückfragen immer zur Seite. Eine super Unterkunft, um Venedig und Umgebung zu erkunden.

L appartement correspond exactement à ce qui est indiqué . Il comprend tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour ce type de séjour . Le tram pour Venise est très proche de l appartement ce qui est évidemment pratique même si rien ne vaut un séjour intra-muros. Le trajet en tram dure 30 minutes . Il est facile de faire des courses car un supermarché se trouve à 300 m de l appartement. L appartement est à réserver à des personnes en forme car il s agit d un 4 e étage sans ascenseur. La literie est de bonne qualité . L appartement dispose d une belle luminosité . Il s agit donc d une bonne adresse si l on doit résider sur Mestre

Simpatico ed elegante appartamento/mansarda giusto fuori dal centro in cortile tranquillo e silenzioso, ma vicinissimo a tutto. Per arrivare in centro c'è solo una piacevole passeggiata di circa 10 minuti. Nei dintorni, c'è tutto, supermercato a pochi passi, ristoranti, bar, negozietti di ogni tipo. Letto comodo, bagno funzionale e completo di tutto il necessario. Smart TV delle giuste dimensioni per ogni necessità. Io non ho usato la cucina, ma per chi lo desidera, c'è anche tutto il necessario. Internet Wi-Fi affidabile. Ma soprattutto, il proprietario sempre disponibile e davvero molto gentile e concreto. Molto raccomandato per un soggiorno di piacere o di lavoro a Vicenza.

House simply wonderful - well-equipped and beautifully designed, with great taste in every detail and a truly homey feeling throughout. Surroundings calm and peaceful, yet public transport just a short walk away (less than five minutes). The ideal balance: serenity at home, and the whole of Venice within easy reach (only 20 minutes by tram). Truly the best way to discover Venice!

We stayed at Davide's place for 2 nights. Davide kept us informed before our arrival and he quickly answered our questions. Upon meeting him, he was really friendly and respectful. The apartment has everything you need and everything worked as intended. A spacious main bedroom, nice and fully stocked kitchen and newly renovated bathroom. Some things can be improved upon, especially the decor, but that didn't affect our stay. The area is fine: easy to get to Venice, many supermarkets near the apartment, close to the railway. But the way it's constructed, it can be a bit noisy (you can hear the neighbors). All in all, I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for an affordable, spacious and functional apartment in Mestre.

L'appartement est situé à 5 minutes à pieds de la gare de Venise Mestre, ce qui est très pratique pour rejoindre le centre historique de Venise rapidement. Il est très silencieux et propre, avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Paolo donne des instructions très détaillées sur l'accès au relogement et pleins de recommandations. Nous recommandons !

Sono molto soddisfatta del mio soggiorno da Marzia e Alessandro. Mi sono sentita a casa, l'accoglienza è stata ottima, la casa era pulita e ordinata. Ottima posizione. Marzia è una padrona di casa davvero eccezionale. Consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo passato cinque giorni alla Perla e ci siamo trovati molto bene. abbiamo trovato un ambiente accogliente e l'area spa ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Flavio è stato un host molto premuroso e gentile, ci ha accolto al check-in e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni. Anche la posizione, ci ha permesso di visitare luoghi e città bellissime.

Amazing and relaxing stay at Casara Cal de Mez. Amenities are the best of any Airbnb I've ever known! This was a great mid vacation retreat to relax and recharge. Communication was clear, full kitchen with cookware and essentials, local products, food and drink available as well. Perfect!

Mieszkanie wyglądało tak jak na zdjęciach, wyjście na taras z każdego pokoju. Czysta i przyjemna przestrzeń. Kontakt z wynajmującym rewelacyjny. Dojazd do Wenecji trwa 20 minut autobusem, albo 10 minut pociągiem. Komunikacja miejska w promieniu 5 minut od mieszkania. Serdecznie polecam 😊

Hostitelka byla velmi hodná a reagovala pohotově, umožnila dřívější check in, všechno bylo v pořádku, dům moc pěkný, přesně pro naši větší výpravu, kousek zastávka MHD, blízko restaurace i obchod. Byli jsme nadšeni, jen jsem čekala parkování na pozemku, ale museli jsme parkovat na ulici. Niméně klidně bychom se ubytovali znovu 😊

Sehr schöne historische Anlage im Zentrum von Noale mit tollen architektonischen Details! Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist trotz ihrer Lage sehr ruhig. Sie war sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und sauber, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Von hier aus ist man schnell in Padua, Treviso und auch in Venedig. Der Bahnhof ist fussläufig schnell erreichbar.

Lara and Andrea were both very welcoming and helpful. Their place is a ten-minute bus ride from the center of Venice, and it's super easy to purchase a day pass for the land and water buses from a nearby tobacconist. The area immediately around the home isn't the most interesting place you'll find in Italy, but as most guests will be spending their days in Venice anyway, this point is practically irrelevant. A grocery store and McDonald's are just across the street to restock at the start or end of your day. If you have a car as we did, the parking situation is a little unexpected (paid parking in the grocery store parking lot across the street) but not expensive. There is an elevator for those who aren't spry enough to climb the stairs up 7 floors to the apartment, but since it is rather cramped, no more than three people can use it at a time. Overall a great experience, no complaints.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'alloggio. Tutto come descritto e raccontato nelle altre recensioni: zona calma, appartamento ben attrezzato, comunicazione chiara seppur essenziale (non abbiamo incontrato l'host). Il bus 24 24H è vicino e comodo per andare a Venezia, ma i giorni festivi ce ne sono pochi. Guardate bene gli orari.
