We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

it's my 2nd time here,. and ias usual, it did not disappoint. The place is perfect for either team building or gatheting with family. 😊

This was our third stay at Kirei House Bulacan, and once again, it was perfect for our family of four. The location is incredibly convenient—close to our family and just a short trip to SM for any grocery needs. We love the Japanese-inspired design—minimalist, clean, and free of clutter. The amenities were more than sufficient, and the added touch of books and games made our stay even more enjoyable. Kirei House continues to be a fantastic place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Bulacan. Looking forward to our next visit!

Just as most of the reviews, this place really is a gem in the metro. My friends and I had a wonderful stay, chilling with each other, and the place really entices conversations between its visitors. The host and the caretaker are so hospitable and assistive to us, made clear instructions and made sure we had what we needed. Thanks again! Definitely a reco!

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Tito Manuel is very accommodating and very helpful. He is very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. Most probably I will book again his place next time.

The place was nice and clean. It is a comfortable stay for the four of us. We enjoyed the netflix and free pool access. The kitchen are nice with complete utensils to use from cooking to eating utensils. Although there are drain fly larvae found on the shower area, it is manageable. Hope they can add additional blanket and entertainment materials like boardgames, cards and karaoke. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

I am very happy we found this place for our quick staycation with my colleagues! The place is immaculate, aesthetic and complete! The host is very hospitable and always a call away whenever we have some concerns. I am giving a 5 stars to this place because we loved the stay here. We would love to come back here. I love how clean the unit is and the bathrooms are spacious. Everything was well thought of, the kitchen utensils, cleaning stuff and even the trash bags! 💯 Had to book a place near Ateneo for exams. This place was 15mins away. 1. Host is kind and very responsive to questions. (Replies within 10-30 minutes) 2. The room is neat and cozy. 3. Provided towels, slippers, toothbrush, and drinking water. 4. Overall, had a wonderful time. 5. Quiet neighborhood. Thank you!

Had a wonderful tour upon arrival of the place and the washing cage. Jacque was friendly and helpful in welcoming us. The guards at the entrance are super friendly too. The home is clean and fans / air con were great. Totally walkable to SM Fairview (great food and shops) Thank you kindly for having us, would happily stay again. Take Care!

Absolutely loved our stay! The balcony view of the city lights and lush greenery—plus the golf range—was stunning. The place was spotless, with stylish furniture, a huge TV, a super comfy bed, and everything we needed from appliances to utensils. Great amenities and plenty of restaurants nearby made it even better. Highly recommend!

Beautiful modern townhome on main thouroghfare. Best greeting ever for guests with fresh bread and fruits and personalized signage on the table. got used to the neighbors dog barking every morning and the traffic wasn't that noticeable at night. Private shared parking behind automatic gate was nice, super close to nightlife in poblacion.

This is my go-to place whenever I'm in Quezon City. It's always clean, smells great, and is even more beautiful in person. The location in Eastwood is perfect—great restaurants and everything I need are just around the corner! Siri is incredibly friendly and always goes out of her way to make sure I'm well taken care of. Best Buy: Stylish, Modern, Classy space. This chill spot is close to everything you would need for your stay. A town center area with plenty of restaurants, bars, clothing stores, spa, and money exchange. Also, a grocery store and 4 story mall with movie. A great area for when you just want to stay in for the day or night or pick up a few items. I would def book again or refer to friends and family. Also, my host are cool, accommodating and efficient.
