Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

La casa estaba muy bien equipada (a nivel menaje de cocina nos sorprendió, siempre nos faltan cosas y en este caso había de todo!). Leña de sobra, todo lo necesario y la dueña incluso nos dejó un bizcocho enorme que dio para que desayunáramos los 20 que fuimos. Repetiremos sin duda :)

Geweldig verblijf om met 9 vriendinnen te verblijven. Tram op wandelafstand alsook verschillende supermarkten. Het verwarmd zwembad en sauna was een grote meerwaarde.

Large and beautiful property in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was very clean, has a nice layout and had everything we needed. The private pool has the perfect size. The checkin was in person and went very smooth. We really appreciated the orange trees in the garden. Highly recommended!

La estancia fue espectacular! Desde un principio, Pedro fue muy claro y atento, además de estar siempre dispuesto para responder todas nuestras dudas. Nos dio un gran recibimiento con fruta, café y lo mejor, un bizcocho casero BUENÍSIMO, todo cortesía de la casa. Por si fuera poco, la casa estaba perfectamente ordenada, tenía leña preparada en la chimenea, camas cómodas, toallas, todo lo necesario con un íntimo decorado que te hace sentir como en casa. Lo cierto es que acabamos de volver y estamos todos deseando tener una nueva oportunidad en verano para volver. Espectacular!

Alexander's place was perfect! We felt right at home. The house has everything you need for cooking, nice large TV, patio for outdoor dining, it's very close to a really lovely beach and all amenities, supermarkets etc...overall a fantastic stay. highly recommended....thankyou!

BRILLIANT STAY, stop looking and book this 😊 Lots to highlight about this apartment and the host Agustin. From beginning to end it was faultless. On meeting, Agustin showed us around and explained everything, he really took his time and gave us some really good recommendations for places to visit and where eat. The location was great, easy walking access to the city centre, market and beach front. With one of the tram station just outside the front of the building and lots of bus stops nearby, moving around was so easy and really cheap transport too. The apartment, was really clean and had everything we needed and more. It was 6 of us (4 adults and 2 children) and the apartment was very spacious. We didn’t think we would use the washer and dryer and yet they came so handy. Agustin was really attentive of all of us until the very end and his kindness did not go unnoticed. We will definitely be back. Thanks Agustin

We had a great stay at Manuel’s apartment, the view is fabulous and definitely worth the climb of the stairs. We stayed without a car, we are happy walking and got a taxi back from the larger supermarket the walk to town is about 35 minutes and is a beautiful walk along the promenade. It is definitely worth walking to the bus station and going in to Alicante, it’s just 2 euro 75 and is every hour. The flat had everything that we needed, the coffee pods and beer on arrival were lovely touches. We would definitely return.

Mihais apartment was in the right place to explore what Villa Martin has got to offer, the apartment was incredibly clean and spacious and comfortable to stay in, I will definitely be staying again thank you very much.

Maria és a családja végtelenül aranyos, kedves, és segítőkész volt velünk. Az apartmann jól felszerelt, akadálymentes, és szép a kilátás a teraszról a tengerre. Torrevieja tengerpartján számos csodálatos strand van. Az apartmann a közeli strandtól egy utca választja el. A városban számos kulturális-; szabadidős-; sportlehetőség is biztosítja az aktív pihenést. Húsvéti héten jártunk a városban. Csodálatos volt minden! I can definitely recommend Max and his apartment. Great communication, always responds, willing to help, and you can also count on recommendations of places! The apartment is beautiful, modern, mega clean. You can feel very comfortable, and on sunny days you can spend the whole day on the amazing terrace! One of the best places I have ever visited! I definitely recommend it

Superbe séjour avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie. Tout est parfait dans le logement et l’hôte a toujours parfaitement répondu à nos attentes. Le seul bémol a été la rue passante devant le logement nous nous y attendions pas et comme nous vivons à la campagne il a fallu s’habituer au bruit mais cela n’a en rien affecté notre séjour qui a été parfait. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité du tram très pratique. Enfin merci d’avoir été aussi réactif à nos demandes ! Nous recommandons à 100% !

Una MARAVILLA. Gran finde semana con la familia en una finca con espacios grandes, muy cuidados, animalitos y muchas cosas para los más pequeños. es súper recomendable. Josefa y Natalia tuvieron conmigo un trato muy fluido. tanto por aquí como por teléfono y ha sido un acierto pasar aquí esta semana santa. Asesorandonos con supermercados, sitios de comidas, panaderias siempre muy amables. si buscas una casa grande y bonita pero con diferentes estancias está sin duda es la finca que buscas. zona de niños, varias cocinas, muchas neveras, 2 barbacoas, 4 cafeteras, tobogán, columpio, cama elástica, animalitos, piscina, etc. Sólo me queda daros las gracias de parte de toda mi familia Nos hemos sentido como en casa. 1 abrazo muy fuerte

We stayed as a group to play golf locally. Location is good next to Alicante golf course but also central for other courses with good road access. It is close to the tram for the short trip into Alicante. The house is very well equipped, well provisioned and very clean. We had an extremely enjoyable stay with no complaints and would have no hesitation in staying again. Estefania was very helpful and friendly. Despite our flight being late arriving she was extremely understanding.

Wir waren zu sechst im Juni 2024 in der wunderschönen Villa von Peggy. Die Kommunikation vorab sowie der Check-in lief reibungslos ab. Das Haus und der Pool waren sehr sauber. Peggy ist sehr hilfsbereit und alle unsere Wünsche wurden schnellstmöglich erfüllt. Sie hat sogar für alle ein Strandtuch bereitgestellt! Die Gegend ist ruhig und eignet sich perfekt zum entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder in der Villa Urlaub machen 😊

A wonderful place to come and visit. Very well equipped to cook at home, great facilities inside and out. Very peaceful, not overlooked. Their mobile app told us everything we needed to know. We were met in person when we arrived and when we left. Really recommend this place for everyone that’s visiting this area.

We had a wonderful time at Jason's villa for a large family get away. The villa is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could possibly need to keep a large party entertained for a week. The pool and games rooms especially were brilliant, and the children loved the play room. Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable, he gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants. Most importantly he really went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and making the holiday feel special; helping us to organise a wheelchair for one of our party and dropping it off, treating us to a wonderful Paella. This is next level hosting and we can't thank Jason enough. We would come back again and again.
