Lauren’s place is a little slice of heaven. Spectacular view and so close to the ocean. Lauren provides excellent instructions and checks in to make sure your stay is enjoyable. It was tough to leave and we hope to make it back soon!

We spent three nights at Judy’s place and felt right at home. She was quick to respond to any questions and easy to communicate with from the time of booking until check-out. The kitchen had everything you’d need to make home cooked meals including many spices/condiments. All of the spaces were clean and well stocked. The cottage has great walkability and is only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. We had a great time and are glad we had this place to come back to after our long days out and about.

Elvira was very responsive, accommodating, and kind to us. Made us feel safe and right at home. Her place is just as described, clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

this spot was perfect for my family and i. dave greeted us immediately upon pulling in, showed us around and brought us down some beers to welcome us. they also had snacks for us to enjoy and supplied us with absolutely everything we needed for our time spent there to include tea and coffee. the outside of the property is gorgeous with it’s foliage and the amazing view. would stay here again!

Such a lovely and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, we cooked several meals. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. About 30 mins to san diego downtown and airport. Similar price to a hotel room and 4x the space. The shower is grand! Hosts were lovely. Thank you John and Laura.

We had a wonderful time! The beds were comfortable, it was quiet and easy to access. Parking was so easy too. I really appreciated the thoughtful amenities like shampoo and conditioner as well as an electric kettle. Just a very cozy place close to the ocean. Would stay again!

A great find in a great location for us, close to family!

Rosa’s Cottage is so unique, interesting and homey. We love to stay here! Even though we don’t need all three bedrooms, it is a great option in case our grandchildren want to stay over or if one of our Northern California adult children want to visit. It is so convenient and rare to have the use of a second bathroom in smaller homes, a bonus in case of extra family members. The dining table can seat 6 people. Bathrooms are nice sized, clean and have been tastefully updated. The backyard is adorable and we would use it much more if we visited when the weather was warmer. We have our own off street parking space and walk right in the front door to a one level house, making getting luggage and groceries easy to carry in and out. What can I say about Rosa? She is one of the kindest sweetest people you will ever meet and really wants you to have a great stay. We have had a couple of unexpected issues to deal with and she was very accommodating, making our concerns non-issues. Thanks, Rosa!

Very private and beautiful spot. My cat loved exploring around, the place was cozy, the yard and grass was amazing. Got to lay out in the sun and rake a nap. Steve and his son were very responsive

Great place! The floor plan is incredibly accommodating, offering plenty of privacy and space for everyone. Four bedrooms (including the guest house) feature en-suite bathrooms, and the bunk room has a bathroom conveniently located right next to it. The outdoor spaces were fantastic as well— beautifully landscape and perfect for relaxing or gathering together. We also appreciated that the house was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with essentials like garbage bags, as well as some extra touches, such as hotel-style toiletries. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Everything was great! We stayed for a weekend and we had 0 issues. Our kids loved the pool and the NBA Arcade game. The pictures don’t do it justice, the house is spacious and clean! I am a coffee lover and need my coffee first thing in the morning so my favorite part was the kitchen which included coffee and an assortment of coffee syrups. Hope we get to stay here again in the future. Thank you for everything!

We had a great stay as a couple with small pup. The house and yard is beautifully set up and accommodated the dog so well - fully fenced backyard with no holes + nice dog walk paths nearby. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook the majority of meals at home. The house was very clean, and bed/sofa were comfortable. It’s right across from the train tracks that run beside the main road of lecuadia. So it’s easy to cross over and grab a coffee! Would stay again

We booked Suan and Jessica's place for Easter weekend. We had planned a trip to the Flower Gardens and Legoland in Carlsbad, both of which were less than 20 minutes away from where we were staying. Not only was the place conveniently located, it offered us a spot to enjoy our family's company and dedicate our time to our grandaughter. We barbecued, watched movies, swam in swimming pool, did our own arts and crafts, etc. We had an overall amazing time at a reasonable price without the chaos and limitations of booking a hotel room. We would definitely book this place in the future if we are in the area.

Great location between the harbor and the beach with a nice pool and hot tub

My son and I loved our two nights at Dalma’s beach getaway. Everything was more than we could ask for, from our host’s friendliness, to the beautifully clean space, to the proximity to the beach and town. The beds were incredibly comfy and the common spaces were terrific. The space is even better than the photos. Dalma is a fantastic host. She answered my questions, welcomed us with a bottle of wine, and accommodated us with a late check out. Next time I visit my son in LA, we’ll take the train to Oceanside. The train is super convenient, but don’t worry, you can’t hear it at all. We’ll definitely book Dalma’s space again.

Had a nice at Oceanside for my Ironman weekend. The apartment is a walking distance from the pier and the harbor, and the beach.

My wife and I love coming to San Diego and wanted to spend some time in La Jolla. Cassandra’s spot was exactly what we were looking for - walking distance to a semi-private beach, in a neighborhood that is quiet, peaceful and safe, a quick 5-10 minute drive into downtown where there were plenty of great food and local shops to get lost in. The home itself was great! Lovely primary bedroom/bathroom, provided plenty of towels, and a good sized living room with a solid TV setup. Cassandra was super responsive in all of our communications. We really valued her professionalism and level of detail.

What a gem! Niloofar was friendly and responsive. Her place was perfect – clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. Free parking on site. Easy one-minute walk to the beach (beach towels, chairs, toys, and boogie boards are provided). Delightful and delicious restaurants and coffee shops line the streets just half a block away. Absolutely fabulous— we can’t wait to return!

A beautiful place to stay with three couples! If you’re in town for the Half Ironman, the location is perfect—close to the pier with tons of walkable options for food and drinks. The patio and upstairs balcony are gorgeous, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and modern. We really appreciated the individual cooling units in each bedroom—it made for a very comfortable stay. There are a few flights of stairs inside the home, which wasn’t an issue for us, but could be something to consider for guests with mobility concerns. The host was responsive and helpful. We had a fantastic time with our friends!

Perfect location right on the beach! Walking distance to downtown, farmers market, and the harbor. Super pretty surroundings and peaceful place to stay. Would definitely stay here again!
